perfect location, go downstairs and you’re on the main street few steps from the church. everything you’ll need for your stay is there. great tv and fast internet too. clean and cozy apartments, owner is friendly and helpful. 10/10 for sure.

We had a great experience in the apartment, the location is excellent and allows the guest to go anywhere in the city center on foot in just a few minutes. The place is very clean and has everything we needed. The apartment has a good shower and also has triple glazed windows that isolate the sound from the street very well. We definitely recommend the apartment.

The location is top as it's located in the main street, in centrum with plenty of shops and restaurants. To the musical organ it's 10 minutes to walk and as well to the waterfront. The apartment is perfect, kitchen is fully equipped, AC is working well. The windows isolation against noise is very good. The owner is very kind.Communication was smooth and the check in process super. Absolutely recommend the apartment for a nice stay in Zadar.

The central location if fantastic, it's smack down in the middle of the Old City. Host is very friendly, will explain what and how. Bedroom windows are above a pedestrian thoroughfare, they're very isolating when closed but we did like hearing city sounds at night so left them open.

The property was in a perfect location - right in the heart of the old town - minutes from all the keys landmarks eg cathedral, sea organ, beach etc. in the heart of all the shops and restaurants.
The property was very clean and well appointed - perfect for our stay. The owner met us and explained everything - great communication - very timely responses. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location right on the main street of the town centre. Big room, decent bed. Good aircon, good WiFi. Nice bathroom and kitchenette. Good communication and friendly.
Some shower gel/shampoo would have been good rather than just the used bar of soap and body lotion in the shower!
As other reviews say, the triple glazing on the windows is really pretty good, but you are right in the centre of town so a little noise (Saturday night music on this occasion) is inevitable.

Very central and very close to any attractions (reccommend you Kolovare beach - 10 mins walk). A spacious and comfy place which we truly reccommend anyone who wants to spent a few days in the lovely Zadar city.
Being very central, you might find the people who walk on the central street a bit noisey during nights.

The location was perfect. The apartment was super clean. Very practical installations, had everything we needed for a short stay.
The window was very good and blocked nearly all the noise from outside, but we could still hear a little bit of the street outside.
There's no elevator, so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage or a stroller (it's the first floor, so not a big deal)
