Close to the sea. Many wonderful beaches are within walking distance. There is a store nearby, and if you walk, there is a supermarket. Great restaurants (I liked the pizzeria and Mexican restaurants the most). There is also a wonderful gift shop. It also has a lot of great things for the beach. In particular, special shoes, towels, dresses, sunbeds and others.
The hosts are friendly. There were enough dishes in the apartment. I was pleased with the coffee maker. Lots of towels and everything else you might need.
The door creaked a little. Everything else was good.

The house is close to the beach, with a nearby supermarket, restaurant, and bus stop. Everything was easily accessible and comfortable. If you’re traveling without a car, it's a perfect location. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful; we felt at home.

Close to the beach and market. Owner and his mother was lovely. His mum had to wait for us early hours in the morning as our flights were delayed.
Kitchen is fully equipped.

Great place to stay, bigger than expected and very clean. About 30 min away from city center (walking). The owners were very nice too!
The sofa bed was not that comfortable, but other than that, it was a nice place to stay with everything you needed

Very close to the beach, shop and restaurant. Old town is 40-50min walk away. Nice kitchen if you want to cook by yourself. AC works great.
The bathroom could use some renovation, very stifling despite small window, smells old pipes. Lots of mosquitos, better equip yourself with raid or sth.

The hosts are very kind and helpful / The accommodation is clean and well equipped for a short stay / Calm environment / The beach, the supermarket and the bus stop are all very close / Good wifi connection / Terrace in front of the accommodation / The old town of Zadar is within walkable distance, it takes about half an hour, the walk is pleasant along the seaside and taking the boat to the old town at Barka café saves some time
The buses to Zadar are rare / The room has a window with frosted glass panes - since my accommodation was on the ground floor, this is practical for privacy but there is view

Perfect location 5 min away from the beach, supermarket and two very nice restaurants (one was even recommended by a guide during the Zadar walking tour) and very easy to get to Zadar old town. Really nice and friendly hosts! I was working remotely and during the week wifi was quite good
