Clean accommodation, a quiet spot in a busy area. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, good airco, kitchen decently equipped, good quality beds!

Clean 2 room apartment, cozy and near the center.
We had an excellent communication with Marija, the host, via Whatsapp and if we had any questions she would answer via Whatsapp very fast.
The check in and check out process was extremely easy and intuitive - we communicated with the host before the day of our arrival and the day of our arrival.
The location is excellent, you have a supermarket nearby, souvenir shop, the bus station 1-2 minut-walk, you get in the Zadar center (2.5-3 km distance to the center) in 6-7 minutes via bus or Bolt/Uber.
There are also plenty of restaurants in the proximity and if you want to save money, you can go to the Interspar or Lidl and get some groceries and toiletries/essentials for the entire stay - the Uber/Bolt drive will be max 10 EUR and it is worth it. We did this and we were happy about the decision.
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfy, with a terrace and fridge, TV, plenty of kitchen utensils (most of the mornings we made our own breakfast as we had everything we needed) and a very nice shower.
There are also instructions on the hall of the location with the bus to take to the center, the WiFi password (yes, it has WiFi as well) and it also said you can do laundry and ironing for a specific tax directly to the owner (we did not need this as we had plenty of clothes with us).
We stayed the entire week so we also visited Nin, Split and Plitcive Lakes - very easy via the Get Your Guide or Flixbus applications and Uber (for Nin).
Marija also gave us some nice gifts before leaving and recommended places to visit and restaurants to try.
I would definitely recommend this and if I were go come back to Zadar, would book Orion apartment again for sure!
Croatia knows how to do tourism! :)

Marija is very kind, she also gave a gift. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there are restaurants in the area. I can only recommend.

Apartament between different beaches, just next to supermarket Konzum, a lot of restaurants and bars around. Aircondotioning in the leaving room.
No nice view from the apartament but anyway you do not spend a lot of time inside...
