What did I like, you ask me? Everything! First, the fact that I have found this on Booking... No advance charging, big apartment under the hotel service. Fast and easy reservation and there we came
Let's be honest, it is a bit "démodé", but we don't care about that. We are big happy family, travelling to see something new, and to make some memories, not to impress anybody on Instagram, or make anybody jealous. Price is really great, and value for money is beyond all expectations! It is a big 6 person apartment, very clean, comfort, very well equipped for the family of six, and the stuff is very nice ad helpful. And, as a guest in the apartment, you have the same rights as a hotel guest: gym, sauna, pool, playground...
So, to make a long story short: we couldn't imagine a better acommodation for our trip, and for our needs! Just great!
And, if you expect top-modern-fancy-trendy-instagrammable-fashionable-selfiecompattible furniture, I can not say that you are in the wrong place...
The place is just right, if there is anything wrong in that situation - it is you.
I'll be glad to come back again and explore the rest of the beautiful Istria, basing my daily van trips on this accomodation.

Location is great for reaching town and to do excursions with the boat. From the room you could see the boats. Shower was good. We used the small indoor pool once, was nice. Heating was ok. Reception personnel was friendly.
Apartment was quite basic, we didn't have soap or sponge to do the dishes. We could hear the people from the other appartements at night. So didn't sleep well. Our towels were not changed during our stay. But we didn't bother to go to the reception during our stay.

Great location with an awesome view of the marina. Comfortable apartment with plenty of space.
The dises were not cleaned and there were no cleaning supplies available. Some furniture feels outdated and the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

View from balcony on the sea and city town was amasing.
Center is only step away...
Location in great for october, for the weekend. In high season not - too noisy, boats, yachts, riva under balcony, reastaurants ventilation all night long... could not sleep. Walls are tiny, windows...old??

Most of all we enjoyed the location of the apartment. Starting our mornings with the view over the marina and the old town of Vrsar was so relaxing. Our 4-year-old liked to watch the happening at the lively Riva below from the kitchen window. Everything we needed was close: the beaches, outdoor swimming pool at the Belvedere hotel that was included in our package, restaurants, bakery, small grocery shops and animation area for children. We could walk to the old town of Vrsar with some charming restaurants and small local shops. As for the apartment itself, we basically had everything we needed. It was quite spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was functional. There was also a parking place in the shade, that was much appriciated. Overall, as a family with a small child, we were satisfied with our stay.
The floor was not that clean, which bothered us a bit as our child played on the floor. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Clean , despite some inevitable bugs
Reception does speak English and communication is not a problem
Old furniture, ants, some broken stuff had to report for fixing
Vsar is small (which can be a plus depending on numer of days)
hotel has no private beach, have to pay to belvedere for beach facility
Jacuzzi (pool inside) permanently broken
