It is located near bike road.
The appartment is in the basement, there is specific smell of mold and moisture all over the place. The bathroom is in bad condition, not enough fresh air, no window and it has a smell of underground moisture. There is a light comming from the lobby stairs directly into the private studio, it is annoying in the middle of the night. Many mosquitos comming from the cleaning bucket with a little water in it, placed near the doors, it would be good to have simple mosquito net on the doors!

When I saw it, I thought it is too good to be true. It turned out there are some negatives, but it was still an amazing apartment for the money. Everything is nearly brand new, and it is very well equipped overall. The Camping Orseras beach is very close, and you can use it together with the showers and toilets for free. And Vrsar is a beautiful little village.
- The land lady could barely speak in English. - The road nearby is very noisy, however if you close the windows you can't hear it and the air conditioner is extremely quiet. So it wasn't that big of a problem. - A hair dryer and a water heater would have been nice to have.
