Pleasant
Location is great, the garden is lovely, the staff was awesome and breakfast was nice.
It does not feel like a 4 star hotel. The building is well past its prime with crackling walls, fading paint, marks on the carpet and furniture and interior design that did not age well. The internet was really weak and my phone reception was also poor in the room, making any video calls or attempts to stream difficult.

The hotel was well located - right on the beach but with a private garden so that you had your own quiet space. The room was large with a good size balcony with a lovely view over the garden and sea. It was a little dated in style but large and comfortable and with everyone facility you needed. Breakfast was lovely - continental, sausage and bacon, cereals, pastries etc. - eat as much as you wanted. The garden and pool area was genuinely lovely and the hotel was relatively small so the pool was more than ample for the small number of guests. Easy walking distance to the centre of town and bars and restaurants.
The reception was at the next door hotel so, whilst only couple of minutes walk, after a long hot drive this was a little frustrating. There is also no restaurant or bar onsite. There is a lovely space that opens for breakfast but the rest of the day you have to go next door for a restaurant and a bar on the beach. It wasn't an issue as we simply walked into town but it is worth knowing.

Location is great. Shadow from the pines is really great. ?
Few people from the staff in restaurant Belle Vie were really not nice and not competent to do the job.
And I would like some more options for vegan food.
Otherwise great experience.

The location is excellent, becouse it is hidden in the garden, out of the noisy city. But, still you have to listen to the noisy music from outside till the midnight and longer... The pool is not big but enough for a few people, who are in the hotel. The best thing is that this hotel has only 20 rooms! So it is very quiet! Unfortunately, you have to go to another hotel restaurant for breakfast, but this is a nice and short walk:)
The beds are big and look comfortable, but we had backbone problem after few days... Perhaps we are too old:))

The location was excellent, great sea view, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent. The balcony was nice. Quick walk to the beach and nice pool.
The room was outdated, but it was clean and comfortable.

We had a large room with a fantastic sea view and a lovely private balcony, very comfortable bed with
Good quality bed linen & towels. There is a nicely secluded garden with loungers & sun umbrellas and the crystal clear sea is right by the hotel. We enjoyed a very good breakfast and all the staff were very friendly.

Nobody in sight during checkin. We arrived @ 5:45 in the evening. Looked around for 45 minutes, while calling the hotel number 7 times. Finally we realised that we had to checkin at the property next door. Rooms are outdated and stale. The balcony was nice. The pool is very small and ocean access is not really inviting. Overplayed 3 times what this place is worth

Rooms are spacios with nice balcony and good settings
Villa Radin is no longer the place that he used to be. It is run and manage by the next hotel and service is gone to zero.
This is it and our last stay on a ghost place.

Perfect seafront location, nice quiet garden with pool and lounge chairs. Large clean room. Very good breakfast
