The kitchen and Aircon
The big cabinet inside in a small space sleeping room.No soundproofing.You here every sound.
Advertising as beachfront.No way! It's 10 minutes or more walking to the beach.

good location, close to a beach, small shop and Umag city; the stuff was very helpful; apartment well equipped and clean; the neighbourhood was quiet we had a good sleep

The location is really good, close to the sea and the nearest city. Clean and nice apartment.

Appartment was quite small for 5 persons but there was all necesary for overnight stay, parking spot for free, friendly and helpful owners, air-conditioning, pool is a plus but water was quite cold
poor wi-fi signal, noise from appartment above us after 10 p.m., some guests really don't care about pool opening hours (10:00-19:00), some people used pool before and after set pool hours, mosquitos!

Apartment was true to description, everything was fine. Nice to have the pool and bikes and owners even rented us a stand up paddle board for the afternoon

Very good location. Apartment was clean, and silent. The host was super flexible, kind and helpful. The small beach close to the apartment was also very good, also for children.

Everything was just perfect! Excellent accommodation, perfect location, just few minutes from the beach and local shop. In apartments is everything for comfortable stay: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, parking on the territory, swimming pool. Room was clean, personal was also very friendly and helpful.

Our studio was very nice,spacious and clean. Great location only 4 km from Umag. Staff is very nice, make you very welcome. Big bonus is a pool. Grocery store is also very close. We had a pleasant stay and I wish to come back. Thank you!!!
