We loved this hotel! Very different feeling from a traditional chain hotel, as this had lots of character. The air conditioning worked amazing, which we were greatly pleased about in the hot summer heat. It was extremely quiet in our room with the windows shut and A/C running. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel is located right at the entrance to the old town, making it very easy to explore. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!!
We generally choose hotels with an included buffet breakfast option, which this didn't have. You can however order breakfast in the courtyard for an extra fee from the neighboring bakery.

Disappointing
The location was amazing. The room was huge and consisted of both a living area and bedroom and large bathroom. The ceilings were high. The shower was new. The bed was queen size and firm and very comfortable. The room was dated but clean. It was a very quiet place to sleep. The court yard is extremely charming (but you won’t be able to initially appreciate it after the trouble you will go to hauling your luggage around to find the place).
Ahead of time, I requested and received what appeared to be detailed parking instructions. Upon arrival, we went into the lot that was 20 minutes free (or 10 euros an hour) to drop off our luggage, but we far exceeded 20 minutes because we couldn’t find the hotel. After 3 phone calls to the owner and a lot of walking back and forth, I learned the hotel is literally the first building directly adjacent to the parking gate. Why that was omitted from the detailed instructions and took 3 phone calls, I’ll never understand. I’ve never had to even make one call to owners in all our years of travel. This owner, instead of trying to help me during the 3 calls, belittled me by sighing and grunting and saying things like “augh!” like an Italian grandmother saying “how stupid are you?” and then told me to use Google Maps (which I said I already had). Luckily we never had to meet the owner for the entire 5 days, as she neither greets you nor is there to answer questions or chat during your stay or even check you out (you just leave the key in the door). I did see her running across the courtyard once, yelling at someone other than me, this time. To help you find the hotel it is between the signs of Sajn Real Estate and Martinino Bar. The actual sign for Palace DeRossi is dark and faded and completely illegible. Next, we had to find the long-term parking (T1 Travarica). This lot is 48 euros a day even though it says 24 euros. We drove around a LOT with “detailed” instructions from the hotel in hand, trying to find this lot. Google Maps (as suggested by the owner) had us going 2.5 miles away. After you find the lot, you will find nothing with T1 or Travarica, except after you print the ticket, it has a little “T1”. To find the lot, from the hotel, go back over the bridge, turn left, and very soon thereafter, turn left into the first parking lot. This is T1. I had a lot more to write but Booking.com wouldn't allow that many characters. Too bad.

Staff was all business not the friendliest. Other than that everything was fine. Beds are tiny but comfortable and clean. Wasn’t sure what we were getting based on the photos posted.

Everything was wonderful. Great experience in Trogir! Location was central to all the shops, museums, and restaurants.

Perfect position. Came by uber from airport and left on the bus for Zadar. 100 meters to bus stop and massive green market

Location excellent. Staff great.
Bed not long enough for. 6’ tall person. Footboard to headboard is slightly over 6’. Add pillow and you must sleep curled up.

It’s in a beautiful building with good access to the old town
Furnishings were dated. Shower tub was hard to get in and out with the water. Bed has old uncomfortable sheets. Pillow was terrible
