The hotel is in the Old town. Jelica at reception was very helpful. Excellant Housekeeping. Breakfast was a set menu. I recommend to book a table for dinner, excellant selection of food choice, prepared with Love from the Chef. There is also a day and night Market.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location. Quiet, even though it was very central, nice rooms, comfortable beds, and liked the decor very much. A 10 on everything, especially considering the very reasonable price-but best was the hospitality and level of service from Ivan and Jelena! I would give them a 20 out of 10!!

The location had to be the highlight
Access by car is very difficult. It Hotel was difficult to find. Our hostess had to come and meet us out on the street to bring us to the hotel parking lot and then cart our luggage several hundred metres on cobblestone to get to the hotel There is no elevator in the building therefore, you must lug your luggage up the narrow staircase to your room. Your breakfast, although good is not served in the building you must go to a restaurant down the way.

Amazing central location! The hotel is pretty modern, and the reception staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a discount ant one of the local restaurants for hotel guests.
The beds were too hard and not comfy. Rooms are not soundproof and it can get hard to sleep due to central location

Palace Central was conveniently located in the center of the old town. Close to the water and close to the marker. They were very helpful and picked us up at the airport, told us about the town and good places to visit. The room was very comfortable.

Clean, centrally located, charming room. Ivan was very friendly and carried my bag up and down the stairs. The breakfast was an added treat; sweets, cheese, meat, omelette, and coffee made to order.
That it wasn’t on the ground floor. But there was only about 12 easy steps up and the host took my bag up for me so it ended up not being a problem at all.

Staff was great, the breakfast at the restaurant Queen Teuta was excellent (omelet, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, bread and crepes). The hotel location, of course, is the highlight being right in old town. This is a blessing and a curse as the trade-off is trickier parking (for those unfamiliar with the area and visiting for the first time) and needing to bring luggage to the City gate or directly to hotel. No worries, the hotel staff was super helpful and met us at the parking lot (our GPS failed to bring us to the correct parking lot in this crowded city, but a phone call to the hotel sorted that out quickly) and then staff had us drop luggage at the gate before parking and they brought it to our room. The old city is charming, offering as many shops and restaurants as needed to satisfy any taste. We stayed for two full days and three nights and it felt about right to us.
The only difficulty for us was our apartment was on the highest level so many stairs (30 plus) so if you find steps a deterrent, you will want to know this. But this is not a fault of the hotel but rather what should be expected in any of the old towns. To find a main floor room or apartment will be difficult.

Excellent location, easy to reach and close to key attractions. The room was lovely—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The highlight was definitely the beautiful Roman wall inside the room, which gave it a unique historical charm. The bathroom was modern and very clean, with good water pressure and nice toiletries. A perfect mix of comfort and character. This room is ideal for a short day.
