I loved having a kitchenette and the convenient amenities. Sandra and her husband are exceptional in ensuring that their guests and comfortable and safe. I even stayed an extra night because of their hospitality!

We absolutely loved it. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 toddler. We stayed at the very top apartment which was very spacious, with great view of the old town. We arrived late but Sandra was very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. We parked our car right in front of the apartment which was a great deal for my husband. Small kitchen is a great bonus to have a breakfast or quick snack. We would absolutely come back.
Planes can be loud during the day but it is very quiet at night.

We liked everything: the room was cosy, beds were very good, breakfast very tasty, overall very clean etc. Church bells and aeroplanes didnt disturb us at all. Location was very good. And the hostess Sandra was very nice and helpful!

Location is perfect. Sandra, hotelier, is wonderful woman and very flexible for her gests. She showed us amaizing places and told us about interesting activities.

Great location, but that’s really only good part.
Great location, but that’s really only good part. The room is a converted garage with one tiny 20cm x 30cm window and the other window faces; an ugly concrete driveway that leads to the room, old driveway gate and private “courtyard” is concreate driveway . There’s no garden view, ugly driveway view, very close vicinity of the church with ringing bells, and landing planes at Split Airport make this place quite noisy.
A four star rating? Highly questionable and very overpriced. Please read opinions of other renters Uwe and Ulrich from Germany and, Hege from Norway had similar issues with this accommodation.

A stay at Alexante is like staying with family. Sandra and Ante are friendly and welcoming. They truly go out of their way to make you feel at home.
Alexante is located a short walk to Trogir old town. Sandra offers a great breakfast and loads of good local information and recommendations. A very comfortable bed.
The Church is located just behind the apartment and the bells ring at 5:30am. We were in the upper floor apartment. Sandra warned us about them but we left the windows open one night and boy they were loud. Lesson : keep the windows closed ?. Also, WC is outside the room in the upper apartment although still private.

Disappointing
Close to Old Town. Nice host in Sandra. Next to the flat there was a basketball field for the kids.
We were 4 people but the room was only for 2 people. We could not sit together to eat. We had to move around furniture to make space for luggage. Lucky we only had two bags. Its not a room for 4 people for that price. And the two extra beds were not very nice to sleep in. But the other flats in the building was very nice. Sandra showed us. I will still come back to Sandra but not this room.
