You would think being off a busy street above a restaurant would make Villa Toni a bit dodgy but NO. It’s a true Villa! Secure behind two locked doors around the corner from the main street and restaurant, is a very quiet, lovely area. A cozy apartment with a living room/kitchen, modern and clean. Tonci (so sorry if I spelled his name wrong) is a wonderful host! Attentive, thoughtful, friendly. His breakfast was so delicious and well-thought out.

Fantastic location just minutes from the palace and Riva but a quiet street with no night noise. Very clean apartment, personal service exceptional from breakfast serving to advice and tips to enhance our stay. Buffet at breakfast at our table was a real treat. We felt very spoiled. Tonci went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Air conditioning was good as was WiFi. It was an amazing stay! We appreciated the late check out till our ferry was due.

We stayed 4 nights and had excellent service from booking thru checking out. Apartment was spotless, comfortable and a fantastic location. Tonci was the daily manager who served the over the top and delicious breakfast; provided recommendations and would you with anything. He was fabulous

Tonci was so welcoming and really went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast was incredible, as they are tied in with the restaurant next door. Meats, cheeses, omelettes, you name it. The room was tucked away off the street and very quiet at night. Right near Diocletian's palace - 5 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Very attentive staff and a great breakfast catered to the individual. We had to leave for an early flight and they had a whole breakfast to go ready for us well before typical breakfast times. Great stay!

We were welcomed and shown our room by a very friendly host. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, including quiet. Close to lots of good restaurants and 5 minute walk to beach.
Somewhat difficult to find reception but Host was out looking for us so it was easy.

Location—-close to the port, bus terminal, the sightseeing spots and restaurants. You can’t get a better location than this.
Nothing. If I have to complain then the only complaint is that the a/c is located in the living room and not the bedroom. Minor complaint.

2 Bdrm apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Hosts and staff were super friendly and accommodating, location was incredible (few minutes walk to pretty much everything!) and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend.
Didn’t love the bed pillows, kept the neck at bit too much of an angle but not a big enough deal to really be mad at. Just something to keep in mind if you’re prone to aches.

During my stay at Villa Toni, everything was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was peaceful, the surroundings beautiful, and the experience unforgettable. What made it even more special was the incredible staff especially Tonci who went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I’m grateful for the memories and would happily return !

We were so glad we picked this property as the location was absolutely perfect for us, 10 minutes from the harbour/bars/restaurants in one direction and just 10 minutes to the beach in the other direction. The staff at the property couldn’t do enough for us and provided us with lots of information about things to do, suggestions for restaurants etc. We also booked a breakfast for each morning of our stay and was even provided with a packed lunch one day as we weren’t able to make breakfast due to going on a day trip. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! I’d definitely recommend staying here as you could get a better welcome anywhere else.

The staff member who greeted us was super friendly and very helpful. The location is great as it is in very close walking distance to the old part of town. The room was quiet and everything was clean and pretty new. The bathroom was nice and spacious.
Our room was quite dark and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped for an apartment. Breakfast was ok but nothing like on the pictures, which was disappointing.
