Location—-close to the port, bus terminal, the sightseeing spots and restaurants. You can’t get a better location than this.
Nothing. If I have to complain then the only complaint is that the a/c is located in the living room and not the bedroom. Minor complaint.

2 Bdrm apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Hosts and staff were super friendly and accommodating, location was incredible (few minutes walk to pretty much everything!) and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend.
Didn’t love the bed pillows, kept the neck at bit too much of an angle but not a big enough deal to really be mad at. Just something to keep in mind if you’re prone to aches.

During my stay at Villa Toni, everything was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was peaceful, the surroundings beautiful, and the experience unforgettable. What made it even more special was the incredible staff especially Tonci who went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I’m grateful for the memories and would happily return !

We were so glad we picked this property as the location was absolutely perfect for us, 10 minutes from the harbour/bars/restaurants in one direction and just 10 minutes to the beach in the other direction. The staff at the property couldn’t do enough for us and provided us with lots of information about things to do, suggestions for restaurants etc. We also booked a breakfast for each morning of our stay and was even provided with a packed lunch one day as we weren’t able to make breakfast due to going on a day trip. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! I’d definitely recommend staying here as you could get a better welcome anywhere else.

The staff member who greeted us was super friendly and very helpful. The location is great as it is in very close walking distance to the old part of town. The room was quiet and everything was clean and pretty new. The bathroom was nice and spacious.
Our room was quite dark and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped for an apartment. Breakfast was ok but nothing like on the pictures, which was disappointing.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Toni Design Apartments. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for quality time during our stay: air conditioning, kettle, kitchen amenities, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. There was an outside terrace where you could spend some time and have a cup of coffee. Our room was perfect for a couple stay, but could perhaps accommodate a third person or a kid. Amazing Dalmatian breakfast every morning and perfect coffee. Very good location next to the bus station, ferry terminal, Diocletian palace, promenade and other major attractions. Super safe place! Also, a special thanks to our host Tonći - very cosy and professional person who goes the extra mile to suggest the best things in town. Extraordinary service!

Toni was an amazing host, did absolutely everythign he could to help and ensure we had the best stay. The room was unbelievable, great value for money and the facilities were 5*. The location was a 5 minute walk from the port and a 2 minute walk from the main busses. There is a market nearby and a lot of food places within 1 minute of the Villa. We only stayed one night but love it, if we were to return we would defintely stay here again!!

Upon arriving at Villa Toni we were welcomed by Tonci who provided us with recommendations for dinner, and he also packed us breakfast sacks “to go” on our last morning to take on the ferry. The location was perfect: easy walk to the Palace, the Riva, and the ferry terminal. The 2-bedroom apartment was just perfect for our family of 4.

Villa Toni was perfect - we flew into Split and were going on a boat the next day. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and the breakfast was perfect. Extra bonus was that they kept our suitcases after check out as we were not getting picked up until 1:30. Staff was lovely and they also coordinated a ride for us from the airport prior to our arrival. Thanks for the hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Toni. We were welcomed by the wonderful Tonči who showed us amazing hospitality, we cannot thank him enough for helping us plan our stay in Split and answering all of our questions! He was definitely a highlight of our stay and makes us want to come back again. I traveled with my husband and mother and the apartment was the perfect size for us! The location allows you to take advantage of a short stay as it is a minute's walk from the waterfront promenade and old town with all of the shops/restaurants. You are also within walking distance from the Ferry port to go to the next destination.

Great location, very convenient to the old city and ferries. Receptionist was very helpful when checking in and even took our luggage to our room when we left to find parking.
The AC is only in the main room. The bedroom did not have an AC unit. I opened the bedroom window for fresh air, but the room is directly over a patio for the restaurant, so it was very noisy.
