The position in the town is excellent. Split is incredible. Great hosts. Very clean. Good value if split between a large party.
The pictures I based the stay on are quite dated, they show more contemporary furnitire and good lighting. The furniture has changed, lots needs replacing.
Drawer handles missing or miss-matched, both sofas and two creaky single beds need replacing. No hanging space in any of the bedrooms.
Very noisy music school above.
No doubt the hosts try very hard, but It was sadly not what I expected and the noise is beyond their control.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Hot tub was great after a long day walking around.
Some of the furniture was dated and could do with replacing. Bedrooms did not have anywhere to put clothes- set of drawers or shelves would have been useful.

Everything, the location was perfect right in the old town, all the facilities advertised worked and the owner was funny and nice and told us what to do in Split
Only slight issue was the women upstairs who has little tolerance for noise

Location and size were ideal .
Jacuzzi was not heating up and hot water in front shower did not work. We didnt mind tho as our stay was short

Everything was great apart from neighbour sending a note down on a string threatening to call the police if we were out in the back area after a certain time

The location of the apartment is very central to Old Town Split. The apartment itself has everything you need and more. It is very clean and the outside area is an amazing addition considering the area it is in. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets etc provided not that we needed them during our 4 nights there. Plenty of bars, shops etc in close walking distance. The sea front is a <5 minute walk away.

There are only 2 full size bathroom and one half bathroom is outside the villa (next to the jacuzzi)
the boiler is not good, its really slow, it takes a lot of time to heat the water. Not more than 2 people can shower in 1 go.

Location, location, location! Truly in the hear of Old Town Split. The host was also amazing; he met us on arrival, recommended top notch restaurants, was very accommodating, and even set us up with a guide for a walking tour of Split.

In old town, can room a relatively large group (but see downsides), clean, had a washing machine.
Many things were missing or werent working properly or couldnt be used:
- the hot tub was cold when we came so we couldnt use it for 2 days until it warmed up; l
- some A/C units were not making enough cold air (set to 22-24 Celsius);
- during the weekdays at 8:30am sharp a music school was making lots of noises and waking everyone up (if youre a late sleeper);
- the hot tub is basically unusable after 10pm because neighbors would immediately threaten to call the police at the slightest whisper;
- the corkscrew in the kitchen was broken and missing a critical piece
- the hot water would run out after 2 showers; we were only 4 people and 2 bathrooms. I cant imagine how bad it would get with 12 people (the max capacity for the place).
- very little (or inexistent in some rooms) closet space. My room had 3 beds and no closet space and very little space around the beds.

Directly in the heart of the city is a little slice of Paradise. Deep seated in history and only steps away from historical castles, parks and the glorious seaside. The host is among the superheroes of hosts connecting us with local guides, food and travel excursions. He was always willing to assist and answer any questions or needs that we may have coming from various countries and locations. Our tour guide Natali was a superstar. We engaged her for several days and she showed us the secret locations and truest treasure troves of the city and the surrounding area. Together they made a dream vacation come true. Thank you to Tony our host and Natali our guide and thank you to the breakfast crew that started each day with a smile and a delectable delight. I would highly recommend this accommodation and the glorious people who share their joy of this remarkable city with the world.
