The villa is located very conveniently to all the shops and restaurants. It was clean and we had plenty of space.
I didn’t like the local host who met us at check in trying to get us to cancel our reservation through Booking.com on the spot and encouraging us to go directly through him and he would give us a little cash back for cutting out Booking.com. The company insists on CASH ONLY for the entire charge. This means we needed to come to the property with over 1,700+ euros. (More than $2,000 USD) all in CASH!! This is crazy. Who walks around with all of the money. No credit cards or debit cards are accepted. No prepayment goes through Booking.com. If you cancel through Booking.com and go directly through these guys you have no recourse if anything happens. Of course we kept our reservation via Booking.com. Clearly this is a violation of their contract with Booking.com!!

It was centralized to everything in town. Property management responded quickly to our needs.
Loud in middle of night with people going by. Hot tub was not hot enough to enjoy.

Right in the middle of everything yet hidden and quiet. villa was spacious with plenty of room for 8 of us. The hot tub was perfect.
Beds were firm and the washing machine was difficult to use. But these are not complaints, we loved our stay

There is a music school that starts playing at 6am, very noisy and not great if you are a light sleeper. As in town, very noisy at night

It was in an amazing location and staff was awesome!
Showers got cold extremely quickly and neighbor told us to be quiet at 9 pm on a Saturday while we were talking in the hot tub.

The position in the town is excellent. Split is incredible. Great hosts. Very clean. Good value if split between a large party.
The pictures I based the stay on are quite dated, they show more contemporary furnitire and good lighting. The furniture has changed, lots needs replacing. Drawer handles missing or miss-matched, both sofas and two creaky single beds need replacing. No hanging space in any of the bedrooms. Very noisy music school above. No doubt the hosts try very hard, but It was sadly not what I expected and the noise is beyond their control.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Hot tub was great after a long day walking around.
Some of the furniture was dated and could do with replacing. Bedrooms did not have anywhere to put clothes- set of drawers or shelves would have been useful.

Everything, the location was perfect right in the old town, all the facilities advertised worked and the owner was funny and nice and told us what to do in Split

The location of the apartment is very central to Old Town Split. The apartment itself has everything you need and more. It is very clean and the outside area is an amazing addition considering the area it is in. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets etc provided not that we needed them during our 4 nights there. Plenty of bars, shops etc in close walking distance. The sea front is a <5 minute walk away.

Toni, a very friendly and helpful host, checked us in, explained the facilities and the interesting places to see. Great guy. Fantastic location in the heart of old Split and close to all sites.

the location was fab
There are only 2 full size bathroom and one half bathroom is outside the villa (next to the jacuzzi) the boiler is not good, its really slow, it takes a lot of time to heat the water. Not more than 2 people can shower in 1 go.
