Exceptional
The host was great. We arrived early in the morning and it was possible to make the check in straight after arriving. The flat is very beautiful and has a vintage city charme. The sea is not far away and there are 2 supermarkets nearby. The flat has everything you need.

Apartment is 5-7 mins walk to town center. Supermarket is close by. Comfortable mattresses. Friendly host.
Stale smell in the pillows, bedsheet and apartment, it could be because all windows were closed before we checked in. Kitchen is very basic, not enough utensils for a family of 4. No toaster. No tray for washed utensils.

The accommodation is very close to the old town and all the tourist attractions. The owner was very helpful, even when we arrived later than the 10pm check in. The apartment is compact however, there is plenty of free street parking nearby and the pricing is very reasonable for the location.
There is plenty of hot water, the shower, fridge and air conditioner all work well. There is a small travel hairdryer available also.
The mattresses are firm.
We noticed a drain smell but this is very close to the old town and after a heavy rain it seems to be the case in Split that you get a drain smell.
The accommodation is basic but all the essentials work- fridge, shower, air conditioner.
The towels provided are on the small side but did the job.
The Wi-Fi drops out regularly in the evening, this didnt seem to be an issue in the day time.

Marin our host was absolutely lovely. He took time to help us find parking and the laundromat and outline some good food options. The apartment was clean and spacious and the location was good - easily walkable to the old town but in a nice quiet area. Thanks Marin!
Would have been great if there was coffee and tea and sugar available but this is a very small thing.

Need to fix up bathroom and doors. Would be nice to have washing machine in, because there is no additional towels.

Host was very nice, friendly & responsive. They waited for us despite we were running late. House was cozy, felt at home.
it be great if there were some kitchen essentials like oil, salt etc. Also the scissors need to be replaced it's rusted. The blankets could be thicker & couch was small. But I guess no choice as your place is small

Location was the best, 3 min walk from the central old city.
The windows could not be safely closed and secured! No curtains on windows, except outdoor shutters. The bathroom handle was about to fall off... so was the electric plug on the wall in one of the bedrooms.

A very good apartment in the city center. You have everything needed for your stay there - two separate rooms (in our case it was very important), an equipped kitchen, 2 air conditionings, good Internet connection, TV, comfortable beds, and a parking space. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are very close, it's about 5 min to walk to the city beach. The host was very helpful :-)

The apartment is close to the old town, the pier and the bus station. Everything is convenient. There are markets, bakeries nearby. It is quite during night. Would recommend it.
The apartment had a smell if the window was closed for a long time. It could be because of the weather in split. But once we opened the window for ventilation, it was ok.
