The studio apartment was on the 1st floor (20 steps on wide internal staircase) within the family home.
Hosts very friendly and husband helped carry the travel bags up the stairs.
Accommodation is on a 4 lane road. We were there on a Saturday and Sunday night. After closing the windows facing the street and opening windows at the rear, noise was not an issue after 9 pm.
Dedicated parking on-site. Option to leave luggage and car if we arrived before normal check-in time.
Washing machine and drying rack available.
Wi-Fi intermittent, but generally OK. Good size balcony
Supermarket 100m away across the road. Old Town and city centre 20 minutes away - gradual slope.
The plastic shower curtain rod fell down twice during our stay. No problem relocating it and notified hosts as we were leaving.

Our host- Ivica and his wife were lovely people, very friendly, accomodating and kind.They looked after us very well even though we were out of the property every day. They checked on us( not in an intrusive way) if we were ok and how we were during our stay.
Room is very clean, spacious and adequately equipped. The airconditioning was a relief during the warm day and nights.
Location is convenient- a supermarket just across the street, the bus as well is a few yards away though we opted to walk in most of our stay in the city. It just 20-25mins walk towards the tourist area( Diocletian palace and promenade) as well as going towards the harbour/bus stop ( which were going to other parts of Croatia& neighbouring countries).
There is a nice fast food place just a block away that has delicious burgers, tortillas and sandwiches.
Good value for money. But it is our gracious hosts and the location that made our stay in Split a memorable one.
We have a lovely stay and we highly recommend Studious Nina if you are staying in Split for long perid.

Owners are super helpful and really nice. The apartment it’s well equipped and super clean. It’s about 20 min walk from the beach and also 20 min from old town. There is a super market just in front of the apartment and some cafés. Highly recommended :)

Nice apartment not far from the centre of Split with all necessary amenities. Good for 2-3 people and convenient if travelling by car. Friendly hosts.

Very friendly host who explained us the best way to go to the city center. Private parking was available in front of the apartment. The apartment was equipped with all necessary things and the bedroom was out to the garden, so it was very calm at night.

The owner Ivica Seric and his wife was the kindest person we met. He gave us a free ride to the apartman. It was a big help, we arrived late with train. They gave us many useful information about the city and our room was nice and comfortable. Everything was great, but for me it's always how we are received that matters. Ivica and his wife went above and beyond. Like I said, the nicest people.
