The location is super central and convenient! Making it easy to explore Split on foot. A nice spacious studio apartment and the host was very nice and accommodating.

Excellent location! Spacious and clean apartment close to riva, stari grad, shops and restaurants. Management helpful and knowledgeable, gave us tips in relation to local attractions and parking.

Slavko was really helpful with our stay, making useful recommendations and being available to help anytime. The apartment was as expected, clean and pratical very well located near the city center. We had a little problem when we arrived since we had to sleep in another apartment due to an error, but the host was helpful and provided us with the most suitable option available. In general we had a really nice stay.

The walk to the centre wasn't too far, the room was spacious, and the owner was contactable at all times, but only on whatsapp. Immediate hot water, kitchen, and bar fridge were some positives. Watered down dish soap was a surprise.
Located down the road to the listed address, there are at least three apartments available. This is definitely not a hotel and far from 3 star, really is just a guy renting some rooms. There are no toiletries included FYI. I couldn't get a refund despite the previous reviews. We unfortunately stayed a week, and the sheets weren't changed nor any cleaning done the entire time.
The owner was incredibly forward, talking about how safe the area is (being adjacent to a church) while informing us residents of Split consume the third largest amount of drugs in Europe and complaining how his last customers were horrible (stayed in a different apartment, left a window open and someone broke in to steal some items).
Our room was old and well worn as expected in Split. First impression was a pungent urine smell from the shower drain, mould growing on the shower curtain, and inside out fitted sheet with some stains. The neighbours upstairs stomp until well into the early hours of the morning and there is no soundproofing so you hear every step walked past on the side walk. The light is also a problem for anyone wanting to sleep past sunrise. The internet will also magically slow to a crawl after a few days, which the owner can't fix because 'he doesn't live there'.

Location is in the heart of the city. Everything is near. Not that crowded beaches are 15min walking.
