Wonderful
Great location. Comfortable stay. Nicely furnished. Great value for money, and good communication with host.
It had a mild damp/mouldy smell. The curtains did not ensure complete privacy.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that Lada, the host, was eager to help and to make sure that she does everything possible to please her guests and I truly appreciate this. She even allowed me to stay a bit longer because I had a flight later in the afternoon. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, the location was great, close to everything you need to buy, see and do.
I stayed in this apartment twice , so I wouldn't be back if I didn't like it. I would even come back for the third time,

From the start I had a great communication with Lada, the host, who was very responsive and even gave me some good recommendations, so everything went so smooth and easy from the beginning until the very end. The apartment has a great location, it's situated in the heart of the city center, so all the attractions are so close and accessible on foot. The apartment is in the courtyard so it's hidden from the street, which gives you a feeling of tranquility and homelike atmosphere. It is very clean and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, I spent there six nights and I slept like a baby.

There are many details that make this studio apartment very comfortable. There were some basic products available like tea and soap, a dehumidifier, and a kettle. Everything is functional and well thought. We only stayed for one night, but I think it would be a good place to stay at for longer periods of time as well.
The neighbourhood is quiet even though you are few minutes away from the city centre.
I would have liked a bigger window.

Perfect place to hide away from the bustly city, but enough close to walk everywhere.
There are a lot of young people who are going out for party but when they get back to the accomodation they don't stop it. Sometimes it's too loud.

Very convenient location, A/C worked great, Kitchen was good, bed/mattress was good, shower worked well with good water pressure, loved having a clothes washing machine, however there was not a drying rack for the wet clothes.
There is an electric kettle to heat water, BUT there was Not a coffee maker in the room. Although the room was cleaned prior to my entrance, and all the basics were clean (toilet, shower, sinks, floors, linens, etc) the apartment could use a deep cleaning (ceiling above shower, corners of the floors, under the bed, etc).

The apartment is near the city center, so everything can be reached in walking distance.
The apartment was in a bad condition. The pictures here do not even show the reality! Shower door broken, light switch and cables fixed with tape, the sitting coach is damaged and old, the window was covered with aluminum foil. I would not recommend this apartment again! Definitely too expensive for what it is. Just because of the close distance to the city centre I would not pay again this amount of money for an apartment like this!
