We landed at Split airport and were picked up by a taxi organised by our accommodation, this was very convenient and easy to organise. The apartment was located in the heart of the Old Town which was lovely. Close to popular restaurants, the port, and was a nice, relatively quick walk to Bacvice Beach. The host was very friendly and helped get our bags up to the second floor. The amenities in the room were great including the AC and a little washing line outside of the window. All in all it was a lovely stay, and would love to return!

The apartment was in an atic a with extremely dangerous stairs that anyone could fall, didn’t have a proper security and we were with kids, don’t book this with kids or seniors it’s seriously dangerous.
Also, the floors creaked so much to the point of being annoying. It was a good location but the place was not comfortable.

Disappointing
Location is central.
Bathroom was a disappointment. Shower head did not work properly, Drain was clogged every 2 minutes, so you had to wait for water to recede. There was a non-tainted window overlooking other apartments for others to see directly in the bathroom.
A/c in the main bedroom was not working for 2 out of 4 nights we stayed there.
Outer Window blinds did not close in the second bedroom.

Location was fantastic. Close enough to walk to everything and return for a rest in the afternoon after a big morning sightseeing in Split, but far enough away from the busy area to be super quiet for sleeping. It was a small studio, but the perfect size for my needs as a single traveller. The air conditioning worked very well.
The kitchen needed a few more items to make it usable. I raised these items directly with reception on leaving, but will note here in case they can make improvements. There was no kettle or saucepan to boil water to make a cup of tea or coffee. Also no teabags provided, this would have been lovely for a traveller like me only there for a few days. Other items like a chopping board and a sharp knife would also have been helpful.

It was really in the heart of the old city, close to everything.
It was very noisy at night and the bed was not very comfortable. Also, I found it a bit pricey for what it offered.

Exceptional
This apartment was absolutely adorable and so spacious and unique. It is in a great location close to the harbor of Split and not a far walk from primary tourist destinations. They have a restaurant with great food at reasonable prices located just a few steps away, and the host was very kind/accommodating! The balcony was beautiful.

The welcome was pleasant. The guy even helped with my lugagge and walked us to our apartment. There were a few stairs up but nothing insane. The place by itself it was good. Seemed clean and the view was amazing.
So here is the thing. I rented out this place for 9 nights, and on the 5th day, i realized the router was gone. (I dont know if the router had been missing for longer. It was definitely there when we checked in)My husband and I had croatian phones with internet, so we really didn't care much about the Wi-Fi but when I saw that the box was missing I freaked out. I asked my husband and he didn't believe me it wasn't there. I thought maybe someone came in and robbed us, so I went quickly to look for my belongings and to see if everything was there. My husband came still thinking I was just blind and helped me look for it. We moved even the couch, thinking maybe by mistake we kicked it underneath. We only found 2 dirty socks from previous guests, I guess, but NO router. I told him to call the property. Maybe someone came in to rob the router? The property never told us anything. My (croatian) husband gave them a call, and the guy said : the router wasn't working, so we took it. Not a sorry or a real explanation. At least I was relieved the router wasn't stolen from our apartment, but I was left with a feeling of uncertainty and not secure. By the time of check out when I handed our keys, i expressed my concerns, the guy apologized and just blamed the coworker but if they would have just sent us a text.. hey, guys, we will be taking the router. We would have probably been fine with it. The lack of communication was the problem. BTW, they never brought any router back.

Wonderful
the property is situated in old town so be prepared to walk with the luggage while arriving and departing. apart from that everything else was perfect. The location is really good to visit split and easily accessible to the different parts of old town, Riva and even Marjan hills.
Note: split inn in Google maps is only the reception, they have multiple rooms spread within the 500 to 800 m distance where you will be stay. The one we stayed was closer to Marjan hill on top and every evening we went for sunsets and split city view. Also studenac shops are there nearby in case you want to purchase water or eateries
