This was a perfect location, right in the heart of Split. Daniel was wonderful with checking in and having local suggestions. This place was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities needed.
Note that there are many stairs if you have mobility issues, but we expected this. Towels were rough like sandpaper. But it was the only complaint, and I can live with that.

Was a little noisy with the foot traffic. Nothing earplugs wouldn’t take care of. As you are in the downtown old city.

Amazing location, very friendly and informative host.
The property was fantastic. We loved our stay and had no issues at all. It’s worth keeping in mind that there are many stairs for those who aren’t able to take stairs very well.

Best location, in the middle of the old town. AC worked great! Separate rooms was very convenient!
The water heater did not work that great for our group. The water was getting cold too quickly. The next person in our group had to wait a little bit to take shower.

It was in the old town so walking distance to everything! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Air conditioning worked great and we were comfortable sleeping.

Great 2-bedroom apartment centrally located steps from the Riva Promenade. Spacious kitchen with all you need to cook. Washington machine was nice to have. Best of all was the outdoor terrace where we could sit in the sunshine. Host Daniel was very friendly and kind.
The hot water tended to run out after 5 minutes in the shower.

Really nice apartment in old town. Location was fantastic. Nice balcony with sunbeds.
Coffeemaker was very slow. Maybe need replace?

I had a holiday emergency and the owner Daniel was incredibly helpful. Location is amazing.
No view from the windows. But that was very minor drawback compared to the advantages.

The location of the apartment is impossible to beat. The kind attention of the host was impressive.
It felt like a small home for us for the almost two weeks we were there.
The washing machine and the terrace saved us a lot!
