The studio is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances one needs, including -- a rarity in our travels -- a wall oven. Despite being a studio it had two AC units, which helped cool down the apartment fast, then we could leave only one on to maintain a pleasant temperature.
It's in very close proximity to old town, to the best coffee house in Split (kava2), and plenty of bakeries and supermarkets all within 5 minute walk. The building itself is on a side street and it all felt safe and secure, day or night.
The knives were pretty dull and there was no implement to sharpen them -- we were rescued by a finding a brand new cleaver in one of the drawers and that was factory-sharp.
The WiFi is also not the best, particularly in the evenings. During our week stay it dropped out completely a few times, for hours; luckily the coffee houses down the street had decent internet.

Vicinity to the downtown area (15 minute- walk).
Peaceful area.
Parking available close to the building (but not private).
Extra slippers would be nice, because only one were available.
Bed could be a little longer.

Apart from our host being most welcoming, he also had some very good tips regarding places to see, bus routes, local shopping, and a much more. The kind of info that a taveller needs when considering cost, time, and energy expendature.

The best experience in Croatia during the 2days in split. The house is big ,clean and chill. The host is so friendly and helpful. He showed us the points from the map, and introduced us a lot of important information. Worth to come back again!

The property is located only 8 minutes from old town, in a quiet area. There is free parking around the building. The host was very friendly and explained about the city and places to go. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated but comfortable enough.

Location was excellent! The host provided us with a city map and sightseeing advice, both of which were very helpful. Apt was very clean. Felt very safe (thanks to three locked doors to get through before entering apt).
The listing had stated airport transfer could be arranged for 28 euros, but we were notified we would have to arrange our own transportation (which cost considerably more).
We had also looked forward to sitting on the balcony but the view wasn’t conducive to that.

Clean!! In a quiet residential area within walking distance to the port and old town. Jossif was a great host. Told us how to visit Hvar and National Park without hassle.
