Wonderful
The location was perfect.
We had 8 in our group and it was advertised as sleeping 8, but it really only slept 7. One of us had a roll away bed in the kitchen.

Beautiful apartment, plenty of room for 7 of us. Lovely welcome. Perfect location - short walk from the ferry and bus station, right by old town. Well stocked library too! Highly recommend.

Wonderful
Our hosts, Lidija and Rino could not have been more helpful and charming! The property is quirky and eclectic, very special! It is very centrally located and comfortable, clean, spacious and has just about everything you could want/need for your stay. Higly recommended, thank you Rino and Lidija, will return next time we are in Split.
I'm reluctant to say anything negative about this apartment.... the only thing we were missing (or couldn't find) was a coffee machine, and as most of the group were craving a decent coffee after a week on a boat, it is the only thing that impacted a full 10 score!

Everything was great. Mr Rino explained everything perfectly.
The path to get to the apartment was a bit dark at night. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Good bathrooms . Very clean . Very interesting paintings and ornaments . Lovely welcome off Rino who told us about the local area and showed us round the apartment.
On 3rd floor - no lift which was an effort with a couple of large suitcases .
2 bedrooms only had fans which in 37 degrees C was a bit uncomfortable

it is in the old town - so it does not have a lift and the accommodation is on the top floor.

The location was superb and the landlords who looked after the place were great. The air conditioning was great. The arrival details were not clear and my parents got rather lost and in the heat of the day.
I got caught with the expectation to pay for the booking upon arrival and only in cash as they had no credit card facility and they did not want to receive payment via booking.com. One doesn't expect to carry this much cash and it cost me several hundred to draw cash.
The apartment is quite bonkers with so many random things and old items. I thought the whole of Split has become rather expensive since entering the Euro and I found this property to be equally expensive for what it was. A challenge right across Split. Split prices will be discouraging tourism which is a pity.

The location is very close to old town it's a 2 minute walk
The 6 flights of stairs to get to it. The actual area around it was noisy our first night. The beds are small and no air con in one room. There is so much antiques in the house there is no room for your luggage

Location was excellent. We could walk easily to the beach, market, & old town / palace.
Dining table was large, so the 7 of us adults could eat together.
Kitchen was well stocked with items we needed.
Shower & water pressure good
Everyone in our group complained about the clutter….. it was like an antique store with everything crammed together.
“Sofa” was very hard, and easy chairs were slanted backwards, so not comfortable for seniors to sit in.
It is an older building so bedrooms are very small, with minimal room for our things. Most in our group found our beds comfortable, but the boards in my husband’s twin bed creaked when he rolled over & woke us both up.
Also 3 in our group got mosquito bites / no screens on windows.

Really nice place to stay. The host is friendly. The location is perfect, just 5min walking to the harbor and palace. You can find all the delicious food around here.

Lovely apartment, very quirky and different. Very well equipped, bottles of wine and beer we’re in the fridge for us which was a lovely gesture and also coffee, etc , pretty much everything we needed. The ensuite and bathroom have been updated from the photographs with excellent showers. The apartment was in an excellent location, overlooking a little courtyard and garden and only a few minutes walk to the old town and harbour. Greeted by Rino on arrival who showed us around the apartment & was very knowledgable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
There was nothing we didn’t like about this apartment ?
