The room was clean and tidy. Its like a studio type. There's a coffee machine, a water heater, a small fridge everything a studio type accomodation can offer. The rooms is big enough for me and my friend. The owner was super nice and approachable. We had an unexpected leakage in the bathroom on our 2nd night and it was 1 AM and the owner immediately attend to our needs. Thank you so much Sir! The LOCATION was EXCELLENT! Bus station, Shuttle Service, Ferry Port, Old Town are just a few steps away from our Accomodation like literally a walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to our friends ROOM 1 was amazing :) we had an amazing stay. Its quiet and safe as well.

Great for access to the Trains , Ferries and the old town. Lovely views from the balcony and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
There is a strange odour in the bathroom. Very steep and winding stairs!

We were greeted by the owner who assisted with the parking and the carrying of cases. We were on the top floor buy were rewarded with a room with great views over Split, which was not expected. We were given a map and talked through all the places of interest. A very responsive, polite and helpful owner who values his customers.
For me personally there was nothing I would change. I found the stairs a challenge but that is only because I am waiting for an operation. For most people this will be no real issue. I would recommend letting the owner know when you book and he will do his best to accommodate you appropriately.
