We really liked the hotel. Comfortable room, nice terrace by pool, good breakfast, really nice staff. Free parking.
Lots of building work being done between the hotel and the coast. The whole area directly below was cordoned off whilst a new waterfront is being built. It will be lovely but not this year! You can still walk to a beach further down towards Split.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Our flight was late arriving and they accommodated us with a late check in. They also left us a lovely note, champagne and chocolates in the room for my partner’s birthday which was lovely! The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is so clean and the place feels very recently refurbished with modern fittings. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Split. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are clean and an absolute luxury! The breakfast in the morning is a nice addition. We woke up late after our late flight and the receptionist prepared a late breakfast for us! On the last day she let us stay past check out because we had a late flight which was extremely kind! The place feels very homely and well-taken care of. It truly feels like an oasis.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and kind.
Breakfast was very good and lady named Ruzica was very nice, she prepared amazing food!
I am very happy with everything in hotel and probably I will come back in the future

The building is located in a residential and quiet area 10-15 min by foot to Znjan Beach. To go to the centre the best option is Uber which costs 7 euros (better than the local taxis ).
The rooms are spacious and have direct access to the pool, which is a plus, especially in summer days .
Breakfast is also nice and tidy. Special mention to the lady at breakfast who keeps everything tidy and clean while guests are having breakfast.
Lastly, but not least, thank you to all the staff who contributed to the nice bottle of champagne and chocolates they left in the room on our arrival for my husband's birthday. We really appreciated it.

Quiet, clean, friendly helpful staff. Nice pool. We only stayed here as a base to explore Split, so it wasn't a place we intenteded to lounge by the pool all day, it suited our needs.
A bit far from the main town, 45min walk, but this wasn't a problem for us as we like walking. But it was only 9min drive to town and cost 7eur, so cheap if you prefer not to walk.

The hotel is very clean, bright and modern. The breakfast is good. Coffee and tea are available anytime
There are not too many rooms which is nice because everyone finds a spot around the pool easily

The rooms were a good size with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom, breakfast was decent, the free hot drinks all day was a great touch and the pool area was ideal for the hot days.
The location was fine as cheap Ubers were easily available (it's walkable if not in 35 degree heat too) and once the construction work is finished on the beach, that will be easily accessible down the hill.
The hotel could have done with a small bar area (maybe replace the spa which is rarely used) as the mini fridges were small and not very cold so it would have been handy to have a few nice cold drinks around the pool.

Lovely room with patio door straight onto pool area.
Allocated parking bay for the duration.

The surrounding area is still a bit dilapidated & major construction works are going on all along the beach areas nearby.
