Disappointing
The location was perfect only 10-15 minute walk from most things.
It was quite dirty. It was quite obvious the place hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in wuite some time, I dropped my phone under the bed and when I went to get it the bed was filthy and there was a rogue sock under the bed. When we got there we were told it was cash payments only (we were not informed of this before I checked) so we had to go to the local atm to get money out. Also the homeowner brought us to the shop with her to buy toilet paper with her but we didnt know what was going on as she didnt have much English. We were a little bit scared. It was such a weird experience to check in.

2 bedrooms both with queen beds. Living area with couches and kitchen. 2 bathrooms
Fully equipped home with TV, fridge, washing machine etc.
Amazing location and price. Not going to find many better deals. Highly recommended.

UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE!!!
THE WHOLE PLACE WAS SO DIRTY!!! On the website it says air conditioning but she didn't say it was only in the kitchen/Living area. We had to go buy fans. I am shocked that this place is on your site. There was stuff everywhere. She had stuff in almost every drawer of the house. Cleaning supplies left out everywhere, not sure why because it was filthy. The dust was so thick on so many things like on the vent above the stove there was no way that could have been cleaned for months. No coffee machine, no microwave. Under the beds was dirty, under the sofa was disgustingly dirty and the toilet was also disgusting. My sister took the sheet off the bed to be kind when she came to clean and the mattress had stains on it and I didn't even take them off in our room because I was grossed out. She was rude just the way that she talked with us, for example I had asked for a receipt and when she came she said what's the problem, she didn't say it nice either. I am not a child and she talked to me like I was. We wanted to say something but because of the way she had handled other reviews we thought she would tell us to leave and we didn't have another place to go to. The freezer was full of her food. The shower was absolutely GROSS. She had tons of Christmas items out so there was really no place to put our things. The balcony had clothes or sheets just thrown in the corner of the balcony. I have never in my life (and I am 57) stayed in such filth. She even has her slippers on the floor in the area by the front door. The thing is, it could be nice if she would get all of her stuff out of there and clean it good. The positive's were that the washer worked. The city was great also. She should hire professional cleaners. I have never ever given a review like this but I think prospective renters need to know before renting. Regards USA and the Netherlands

- Convenient location with easy access to old town.
- Ample room size for comfortable movement.
- Modern amenities were in good working order.
- Host was punctual.
- Under the beds were dusty.
- Discovered previous guests' boxers shorts behind the bed in the twin room.
- A few Stray hairs found in the bathroom.
- Balcony door did not lock.
- Had to pay in cash (although I could have missed this in the booking conf.

The apartment was great, it was very relaxing, a great location, safe area.
The apartment owner saw us as we were leaving and flipped out because she saw 5 people. I calmly explained that he had come to charge his phone while we packed up (because we were all going to go have breakfast together afterwards) and she responded by calling me a liar, telling us we had to pay more and she was going to call booking and yanking my friends charger out of the wall. I tried apologizing for the misunderstanding and explain but she wanted nothing to do with us so we left. I then get an email from booking.com stating we broke our agreement from Damages, uncleanness, and extra people and had to pay 200, almost double what we paid for two nights. If it had been a reasonable price I would have ignored the lies and dismissed the entire thing but that is a lot of money and I'm shocked that she's lying about the state of her apartment considering how well we took care of it and how well we cleaned it so that she (an elderly lady) would not have to. The entire thing makes me sad and she just keeps coming up with more lies and making it worse the more we reached out to come up with a reasonable resolution considering how we were treated.

Disappointing
The location was perfect for what we were looking for, very close to the meetings we had arranged. The size of the apartment was great for us and the dining room table was a perfect size to work on.
The apartment was not clean, the bins in the kitchen and bathroom had not been emptied, there were garlic gloves and onions in the fridge and garlic cloves in the bowl on the table. The entire apartment could do with a deep clean

Pleasant
Location, just 10 mins walk to the old town. Size is good for 4 and with 2 bathrooms which is convenient. Also with facility to hang on your washed clothes, towels or your swimming suit.
Can get something better with the price.
