Great location, super friendly stuff! It's a small studio, but more than enough for staying for some nights. You can do basic cooking there. It depends what you need, but for me it was great base.
Because of the location - nights can be noisy. Nothing unusual, but good to know if you have problems with sleeping.

the owner sent her husband to find me at the other location. my room was changed to Tolstoy Street
89 steps to my room. however, good for the quads. fortunately I am in good shape. I wish I had ha the proper address.

Close to boats, buses and centre. Lots of bars/restaurants. Nice comfortable bed and good shower. Fridge and kettle supplied - friendly host.
Personal taste I know but artificial flowers are not a good look.

Very nice apartment with kitchen and comfortable bed.
Eight flights of stairs was too much. No elevator. If you have any mobility issues or small children it would be a problem. Apartment is nice but consider stairs before booking.

Street: noisy, full of graffiti and dirty, rats infected due to overflowing rubbish containers.
appartment block : graffiti, decrepit entrance and staircase, no lift ( 4th floor...).
Unconfortable bed.
Windows so thin you can hear every street noise.
Check out at 10am with the owner knocking at door at 10.08, reminding us checkout time was 10. Everywhere else you get a 15 to 20 min grace period. Not here!
Do not bother, stay inside old town for the same price.

Beautiful room in a perfect location with everything we needed for our stay. Host was so welcoming and the price was brilliant for us, well within our budget which allowed us to enjoy the space even more without stressing about money.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting split, long or short stays and I would definitely be back.
