Wonderful
Iris met me in front of the apartment and showed me in. The location is perfect between the transport hub and the old city. The apartment had everything that was promised, plus some tourist info.

Great room, neat and tidy with a lot of space.
The room was not at the location that was listed on booking.com, so we had to walk further with our luggage. Not a huge deal as it was still close to everything, but not as close as originally though. We were stopped at a border crossing and told that we weren’t registered as tourists in Split and fined €50, and the accommodation provider should register your details with the police so that was frustrating.

It being just 5 mins walk to the everything, be it beach, or ferry station, bus station, or riva, the best location.
Iris is very helpful,
Only pay in Cash which doesn’t make any sense to me. Why would someone coming from non euro country carry so many Euros along

Iris is so lovely and helped us in every way possible
The room is very close walk to the North Gate but you must be able to manage stairs to get back to your room every night.
Just the five flights of stairs but we were so thankful that Iris’ husband brought up our luggage

The owner was very helpful finding us a parking spot. the place is very close/adjacent to the old town and all amenities were nearby. The room was clean and had everything for a couple of nights stay.

Great central location. Very comfortable bed. Helpful host who recommended restaurants to us.

In the center, ideal location. (beach is cca. 10-15 min., main market+ Diocletianus Palace cca. 3 minutes.
The neighbour's air condition is very noisy on the outside if you open the window.

The host offered special support with car parking, which is genuinely needed, given the narrow streets.
The rooms are on the 4th floor and the building has an above average floor height. Just a point of mention for those guests who are climb conscious, though the host was kind in offering help in getting our luggage, atop.

The appartement is at the fourth floor of the building with no elevator. But it is well located and it was good value for money.

Great location, easy walk to the port, bus station and old town. Beds are very comfortable and the whole place was super clean. Iris welcomed us when we arrived, she is very nice and even allowed us to check out an hour later while we waited for a storm to pass.
The walls are quite thin so the room will be as quiet as the people staying in the room next door. Unfortunately both nights we were disturbed by noises. Also, shower gel and shampoo are not provided, it would be nice to have some.

First of all...Iris is a very nice, talkative person. She speaks great English (I don't speak much, but I understand everything). She gave us a lot of advice about the city, restaurants, bars, sights in the city center, there´s no problem to contact her about anything!!! She will willingly come for you with her lovely husband :) where you need to be picked up and also with your luggage. They also accommodated us in the check-in and check-out options, so we didn't have to worry about arrival and departure at all. The studio is fully equipped with a functional kitchen and stove (we tested it :) ). The TV is huge and I was able to turn on Netflix under my account without any problems. Wi-fi is not available, but I still had my roaming on all the time to get my bearings in the city, so it wasn't a problem at all. You can easily dry your things from the beach on the dryer by the window. Although the bathroom is small, but it´s completely sufficient for all hygiene needs. It was also no problem to order something through the Wolt service, the Bolt service also works beautifully here. Many thanks to Iris and Petar Štambuk for a pleasant stay :)
I have to note one thing, even if I don't like it...The mattress on the bed was very soft and the bed frame very high. It was hard for us to get out of bed and we didn't sleep very well. Well, it can also be a habit from home.
