The apartment was located right outside the palace. It made it very convenient for visiting the palace and getting to other parts of the city. Natalie was very helpful. They provided a parking spot that I paid for. I would stay there again.

The location was perfect. The rooms were modern and clean with everything we needed. The bathroom and shower were spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The key code system worked really well for us, as we didn't need to share a key.
The sofa bed in the studio was uncomfortable.

Amazing location right at the end of Riva boardwalk close to everything. Nicely appointed guest room and very spacious and newly renovated bathroom. There is a convenience store right next door too. Great service. Parking is in a property a few minutes walk away that needs to be reserved in advance.
Windows were very high up so you cannot see any view.

Our room was beautiful! Location is amazing, so close to all the main attractions and only a 15 min walk from ferry terminal. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed and the staff very kind and helpful. Book this place, youll be happy you did!

1. No live contact with property management.
Had to send message thru Whatsapp app.
2. No elevator. Struggled to bring our luggage to the room.

Very handy location. Room was reasonable size, very comfortable and clean. Mia, the checkin host, was very helpful and through.
Early arrival was a little tricky dealing with cleaning employee to stash bags before checkin time, but was no more than a minute of Google Translate interactions to settle the issue. Lobby of the multi-purpose building is very tired.
