Wonderful
The breakfast was excellent—made-to-order omelets and pancakes, coffee from a professional machine, champagne, and outdoor dining with a sea view. Parking was included in my hotel rate—at least for me—though there are limited spaces in the indoor garage. We tried everything—the beach, as well as the indoor and outdoor pools—and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Late checkout, 12h.
It was a bit complicated for me to set the temperature on the air conditioner, but it didn't bother me much, so I gave up.

Disappointing
Nothing except the view
The room wasn’t cleaned . We were allocated a room which had another guest already in it . Room layout is not nice. Very expensive and definitely not value for money . The restaurant Triton charges euro 5 per head for table setting … and this is not told beforehand .

A server or two in the restaurants just didn’t know what they were doing. For the money you’re paying there there shouldn’t be kids running around the pool screaming.

We couldn't stay for breakfast because we had to leave for the airport, but my wife stopped by and said the breakfast was spectacular.
The property was wonderful, and the swimming pool was great. The beaches are nearby, but it's a bit of a walk to reach them. The beach club charges for access, while the free beach areas are quite rocky. The staff were very friendly. We had two rooms, but only one was ready when we arrived. The reception manager kindly gave us complimentary drink coupons while we waited. Unfortunately, when we tried to use them by the pool, we were told they were only valid for soft drinks, not beer, which was a bit disappointing.

Very nice spa, lobby, bar, restaurants and beach club. Huge buffet breakfast. Ocean view rooms at level 3 - 5 are gorgeous.
We enjoyed the hotel overall.
Our river excursion booked through the hotel was very expensive and the driver they set us up with was a “rented driver” not an actual guide. Also…the finishes of the rooms themselves is very 1990’s. The rooms were clean and spacious with a great view and lovely balconies….but the rooms themselves were very out dated with very old carpet. Heads up…the pool cabanas are not actually next to the pool…they are set back about 20 meters and far from the bar. Better to book a beach club table or lounger our opinion.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and the option to sit outside and enjoy the sea view. The spa was very nice, although it is worth noting that the two jacuzzis do not operate at the same time, which is rather unusual. The gym was outstanding — very large, modern and extremely well equipped, with two separate rooms and plenty of space for everyone. The hotel is a little walk from the sea, but it has a beach club, which comes at an additional cost and is definitely worth visiting. The beach club had great service, good food and nice music, making it a very enjoyable place to spend the day.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the room did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel at this price level. The bedding, towels, bathrobes and furniture felt worn and dated, the corridors were very dark, and only one lift was operating, resulting in constant queues. We also booked a sea-view room but were given a low floor, where the view was mostly of the restaurant roof and pool, with only a small glimpse of the sea. Upon arrival, we found several basic issues, including a dirty and clogged sink, non-working lights, an unsecured electrical socket and a locked, unusable safe. I reported these issues twice on arrival and again the following morning, and spent around an hour and a half waiting for the safe to be resolved; I also sent a written complaint afterwards but unfortunately received no response.

Shower tile was moldy and lots of hair in drain. Needed to wear shower shoes. Used Q-tips and cigarette butts were on balcony. Location was questionable in terms of safety and cleanliness. Worst place we stayed during our entire trip in Croatia.

Wonderful
Great pool, nice room, nice hotel, friendly and resourceful staff. Lovely beach! Great on-site bars and restaurants. Close to Split old town.
Some of this may not be entirely within the control of the hotel. But across our hotel, bear the pool, there is another property that looks like it has been abandoned at least 10 years, falling apart.
Also...when we went to the beach, there was constant construction of other buildings, some very loud as they were drilling holes in bedrock. It was hard to stay there on the beach.
Laundry was also very expensive. Much more so than necessary.

The common areas were great. Like the pool, beach area, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was top notch!
Our room was in the original tower. Just needed some updating. Air conditioning wasn’t great. And we had tiny ants.

Staff is great decent location a little out of the way but if you plan on staying on property it’s nice.
In my opinion it’s not a 5 star hotel. I think I ended up paying well over 400$ per night. It’s absolutely not worth that price. Rooms were fine but not 5 star properly
