Friendly staff. Nice location. Nice bars. Great rooms. Comfortable beds.
It says that the pool is heated, but it doesn't seem like that. We went in May, the weather was changing so it was not ideal to swim in the sea. Of course you would like to relax in the pool but it didn't felt like they had it heated. Also despite the high price you pay to stay in the hotel they don't offer a free parking. You need to pay 20e per day for it.

I didn’t like the property.
It is in the middle of a construction so it’s loud in the morning. The bed is too soft for people with Bach issues. The staff lie to me by telling they would move me to a different due to the fact that the toilet was broken.

The hotel is overall very good. I like the location because it is not right at the Old Town of Split, but it is a very short drive from ir. Around 7€ for an uber ride. But the hotel is well located if you are driving and want to do short day trips from the hotel or even go to the airport. We visited Krka national park, Klis Fortress, Torgir and Kastela. The hotel location was very good for that.
Breakfast was very good and the swimming pool was beautiful.
Room is good size and the bed is very comfortable.
It is a big hotel, and I guess they run many conventions on site. It can get pretty busy in the breakfast during weekdays and finding a parking place can be hard.
On the weekend it was very good. Calm and relaxing.
Even though there is a place near the beach, you will have to go down quite a few steps. I would just stay at the pool.

It had great facilities but age was starting to show.
There were obvious areas of ware and age related issues which would put the hotel in a 4+ status rather than a 5 star status in my opinion.

The rooms are spacious and offer amazing sea view.
I didn't like the fact that they charge 15 euros for parking in January.
I understand that this is a pet friendly hotel but I don't think that owners should be allowed to take their dogs to the restaurant and let them off leash walk round the tables freely.

The reception area is very cozy, and the hotel is a good size—not too small and not too big. The spa is nice, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is great, with a very short walk to the beach and the newly opened Žnjan promenade. The upgraded rooms are also very nice.
Nothing major in particular. However, I feel that further investment in improvements would be beneficial. The older, non-upgraded rooms need renovation, some exterior walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the landscaping around the hotel could be better maintained. The spa facilities could also use a bit more maintenance. Additionally, there is an abandoned building right next to the property overlooking the outdoor pool, which significantly affects the view. For a 5-star hotel, this is disappointing, and the hotel should take whatever steps are possible to address it—whether through renovation, maintenance, or other solutions.

I liked the spa.
The spa was very nice and relaxing and was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel room itself was extremely disappointing for a Radisson-branded, four-star property. The room was dirty and had a strong moldy smell. The carpet was covered in stains, as if someone had been sick throughout the room. The bathroom had no hand soap—only body shampoo—and everything felt worn out, from the tiles to the faucet. The room was also very small for a “superior” category. The balcony had plastic flooring that shook when walking on it. While the bed was comfortable, the sheets smelled strongly of chlorine. Overall, the room felt outdated and neglected and did not justify the price. It felt more like a Motel 6 than a four-star Radisson.
The staff were lovely, friendly, and clearly aware of the hotel’s poor condition. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to resolve the issues. I was offered a €50 voucher, which was a nice gesture, but I would not consider returning until the hotel is fully renovated.
