The location, the facilities, the rooftop terrace, the decor. Everything was wonderful. Toni was there to greet us after hours and was very helpful and Ana was available and responsive to our contact.

Wonderful
Checking in was easy. Great and fast communication with the hotel. They arranged transfer from airport to the rooms. It’s in a lovely square with plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink after dinner. Super friendly and the rooms were really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location also ideal for wandering the old town, grabbing a ferry or taking the train somewhere.
The stairs—It was totally fine for our group. We packed light, so bringing luggage up three flights of stairs was not an issue. But if you are traveling with someone with more limited mobility, it would not be the best place for you.

The place is charming and very clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The owner is very nice and welcoming and the staff too. The location is also amazing , right next to the old city, cafes and restaurants.

Disappointing
There isn't an actual window in the room. The size of the window openings depends on the area of the room by building code. This room as sort of ship oblo rather than a window. The bathroom is a glass box completely un-insulated so every type of noise produced in there cames out of there. I got a room for three people and were expecting three beds. One was a pull out sofa bed that once out occupied the walkable space of the room leaving almost no space to walk. The wifi was so week that I wasn't able to get on Teams calls from the room so unfirtunately I lost work. This was sold as a luxury room although absolutely doesn't meet any criteria of luxury.

Very Good
Four floors walk up and stairs look very old and dingy until you get to the correct floor that’s been remodeled and pretty . Pullout bed and queen bed felt exactly the same too thin soft and bouncy. Great location though and very friendly staff
Price should have been a bit lower but it was a cute room

this place is very convinent , next to the center of the city the room is great too, well, I got upgraded. It is very easy to find any restaurant downstairs. Great View! The staff is very nice, i had a conversation ealier over the phone, so she was there waiting for me to check-in
It is unfortunate that the wifi doesn't work well. At the beginning the wifi is broken. Later, even it is fixed. The signal is not strong. I can only use over my laptop in the corner. My cellphone usually lose the connection if i walk too close to the windows

The communication about the room and support of staff while we were there was amazing. The room was really nice, clean and rooftop deck was cool.
The stairs to the room are brutal, so be ready to lift luggage up a few flights. The room was small, but really fit our needs.

Wonderful
Most convenient location, nice view over Old Town, several restaurants within 100 meters, still quiet at nights. Had one problem with key card, and it was fixed very thorughly, one could even say with extraordinary measures ?❤️. Everthing went very smoothly and even got first class advice on everything.

Perfect location very comfy and clean room
The only minor negative I would say is there was a bit of noise you could hear outside at night we had the balcony room which was probably why we heard it so I’d recommend ear plugs, it wouldn’t put me off staying again tho.

Wonderful
Perfect location in Split, close to Medieval Town, the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. We were warmly welcomed by staff. A very clean comfortable room meeting all our needs.
Our first night having flown in from North America and being jet lagged, we had difficulty falling asleep. There was considerable noise of partying people coming from the street below that continued to 3:00am. The other nights of our stay it was less of a problem.
