Rooms were in an excellent location making it easy to walk to the old town, harbour, restaurants etc. They were very clean and staff very helpful and informative.
Secure Car parking was sorted out quickly and efficiently although we hadn't realised this was 5 minutes walk away. It wasn't a problem.

Beds are extremely comfortable and also the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and even helped me to have my suite tailor made. These are good people with the ambition to grow. The deserve 5 starts if not 6.

A newly completed and wonderfully designed and appointed guest room with all of the expected amenities and a comfortable bed. Perfectly located for visitors to Split between the Diocletian Palace and the adjacent old town. Quiet and calm upper floor rooms overlooking a courtyard and small restaurant. The hosts are multi-lingual hospitality and tourism professionals, very helpful and communicative.
We enjoyed our stay completely and would recommend this property to others.

We love the place, our host Niklas is the best! The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Niklas is always ready to answer ours questions. He drove us to the airport and have us a lesson about Crocia! I highly recommend.

The room is a little bit small but it was sufficient for what we needed and an easy walk to the port and various restaurants
You have to walk up several flights of stairs and at night there's no automatic lights that come on so it's dark. Once you do reach the owners level the lights come on

Great location, cleanliness, had modern decor, helpful and friendly staff, ease in and out, decent value.
Only complaint was the suites are located adjacent to a night club. They say it's "soundproof" but I had to use earplugs to sleep. Otherwise it was great and as advertised.

The apartment was clean .
I choose this apartment because the location is close the old town , end up they assigned the other apartment which is far away from old town. And need carry luggages to the 3rd floor, even though the staff willing help.
