We spent one night in this accommodation.
We had a huge problem while finding the right address because it doesn't match like on google maps.
It's actually a medical clinic & the rooms are part of the clinic. It's very complicated to orient yourself where the accommodation is, because they are located in a huge complex of buildings,
and the whole environment is like a one ghetto.
Parking is a real nightmare.
Rocky, narrow approach.
it was an impossible mission to park & we took a risk by leaving the car in a prohibited place on the street during night.
The room was apacious.
There is a smell in the bathroom of sewage and the whole space smells like the specific smell of a hospital.
Breakfast was scarce for vegans and not so fresh especially rotten fruit is one big minus.
We survived that one night.
For one night, for that price is acceptable
only without a car, but definitely not for a long stay.
All praise for the girl at the reception,
she was very kind & lovely with us & even wanted to give us parking with out charge,
she was really enterprising, despite it access to the parking lot was absolutely impossible mission for us.
All in all, far from what is shown in the pictures.

The jacuzzi was nice and the hotel is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The building is located in a sketchy building, some of the external hallway lights do not work, there was graffiti on the building, the jacuzzi and tv did not work so we had to request for them to be fixed, there was construction going on on one evening until past 9pm, and the construction workers were making noise right outside our room door so we couldn't relax or sleep, this place was advertised as 4 stars, but it is closer to 2-star.

Confortable rooms, clean, very good breakfast.

Nice spacious rooms, very clean and tidy.
Unfortunatly we were in room 1 which is directly by reception and main door. To much noise regarding other guests arriving and leaving. So sleep was disturbed. No streaming services as described in amenities.

spacious room with everth important, friendly stuff, good instructions on late check-in, comfy bed, clean
- the duvets were a bit short
- the juice decanter at breakfast and some dishes were a bit dirty, like badly washed, maybe that is the problem with the dish washer, maybe that is accident. nothin serious though.

I would happily come back.
The breakfast is way overpriced for what it is.
If you have a sensitive nose, please contact reception before check in to see your options, as sewage smells are noticeble in certain rooms.

Disappointing
The rooms were very close (15-20 min walk) to the beach which was about the only positive part of our experience.
There were multiple things I'd like to say about this room and I would like to caution everyone before booking. Air Conditioning: We did not have any air conditioning the majority of the time we were there. We had two people look at it, both telling us it was our fault and it should be working in 30-60 mins. Both times it never kicked on. It wasn't until the morning of our check-out the air conditioning was finally working for about an hour before it was time to check-out. Coincidentally, we saw maintenance men walking around the rooms, making me think that it wasn't actually on and they had someone come fix it. To put it in perspective, it felt better to be outside directly in the sun, then in our stuffy room. It was unfortunate. Facilities: The hot tub in our room was great, however it was too hot to use it. Our window to our room was broken, and so we couldn't open it to let any cool air in. The rooms were on the fourth floor and the elevator was also not working so we had to lug our bags up and down four flights of stairs. Construction: Right outside our room there was a ton of construction, which obviously not the hosts fault but it would have been nice to know. We were woken up early in the morning by all the loud sounds right outside our window and it made it hard to access the rooms with all of their equipment and dirt in the way. Location: I booked this because it was close to the beach and to Old Town Split. It was a easy walk to the beach and about a 40 min walk to the City Center. However, the rooms are in a really weird area in a practically deserted office building. It is hard to find, but you can follow the signs and it should lead you there. It is also by an extremely busy road, leaving it not very private and there is an irish bar that is loud through the night. All in all, I felt like the experience was not what we were promised or what they made it sound like. Nothing was luxurious for us at all.
