Room was a good size Room was modern There was not much else apart from the above unfortunately.
Arrive late at night as a solo female traveler, trying to find the hotel was quite difficult and I had to ask bouncers at a club next door who pointed at an abandoned, graffiti filled shopping mall. The hotel is located in an abandoned shopping mall and is not 'luxury boutique' as stated online.
I had paid for the hotel upfront online and on arrival was told by the gentleman at reception that I had to pay for it, I explained and showed my bank statement that I had paid, he eventually had to call he's boss.
I was shown to my room, which at first glance is lovely and spacious, and looks glamorous with a large Jacuzzi bath. After putting my bags down and settling in, I went to lock my front door for the night and noticed there was no key in the door or a latch lock, I eventually went back out to the front desk to ask and was laughed at by the gentleman who told me I didn't need to lock it. I explained to him that as a solo female I would like to be able to lock my door. This became a discussion with him telling me only I can get into my room with my key card, I explained that it would be very easy for somebody to get into my room and I have never known somewhere you were unable to lock the door from the inside and it should not be a problem that I wish to do so. He had to call hes manager again and eventually gave me the keys to my room, not sure why this was a problem to begin with?
At this point I just wanted to have a glass of wine in the Jacuzzi bath, I checked the minibar menu and opened the minibar and for some reason the minibar was completely empty, I went back outside to front reception as I assumed this was a mistake, so asked and was told ''No''.
Again, I have never known a luxury hotel that has empty minibars in the room?
The Jacuzzi bath did not work either.

The room is very beautiful and large. The placement of the hotel is bizarre. It is downtown - DOWNTOWN so no parking, and security system code for the door. If you come for the first time it will be impossible without assistance.
BUT the room is perfect and the place where the hotel is situated is PERFECT so, NO free parking arround but payed ones are available. It was a very good night in the hotel, the little problem was to get in first, but we figure it out.
The mats are exceptional !!!
Booking charged my credit card, but the hotel charged too my credit card. So Im waiting a refund from booking. The hotel was payed.

The bathroom was nice and the overall furnishings were adequate. The bed is very uncomfortable and there is an exit light that lights up the room all night long.
Let me start off by saying this - This "hotel" is a scam. I was so dissatisfied that I had to switch to another hotel after only one night. My complaints are as follows: There is a night club in the same building that is open from 11PM-6AM so it is loud and very hard to sleep. The room was advertised as a "city view" but there was nothing but a small band of windows 9ft up the wall. The hotel staff were highly unprofessional dressed in street clothes and the reception closed at 8PM (very unhelpful). The "hotel" is in a reconditioned shopping center where a majority of the stores are out of business due to COVID. There is no formal entrance and the front of the front is covered in graffiti.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The moment I stepped into the room, I noticed a musty smell that instantly put me on edge. As I looked up, I was horrified to see rats scurrying around in the ceilings. It was absolutely repulsive and made me question the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire establishment.
To make matters worse, the Horus in the room was broken. I reported the issue to the front desk, hoping they would swiftly address the problem. However, despite their promises, the Horus remained broken throughout my stay. This left me without a properly functioning bathroom, adding further inconvenience and discomfort to my already unpleasant experience.
I attempted to give the hotel staff the benefit of the doubt, assuming they might resolve these issues eventually. Unfortunately, their lack of action and disregard for guest comfort left me deeply disappointed. This level of negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management's commitment to maintaining a quality establishment.
Given the presence of rats and the persistent issues with basic amenities, I strongly urge anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. The conditions I encountered were far from what one would expect from a reputable hotel, and the discomfort and frustration I endured during my stay were simply not worth the cost. Save yourself the headache and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel was a real disappointment. We had booked the luxurious room with jacuzzi. We arrived by taxi - hotel told us they have a special price for guest and I guess it was special, just in the wrong way, very overpriced, do not use this service. When we arrived, the room was situated just behind the reception desk and the room was quite dirty. We asked to come and clean it and it was cleaned very hastily with just handheld vacuum. There was blood on the sheets, the promised jacuzzi did not work, minibar was empty. Worst was the night - there is nightclub just below the hotel and the sound comes to the room so loud that the toilet lid was bouncing. Also there was a phone/doorbell at the reception that kept ringing through the night very loudly since the bed was right behind the counter. It says the room is soundproof but in reality the walls are like paper. Could not sleep at all. Naturally we were really disappointed with all this and left the hotel. Owner tried to offer some other room but we would have had to stay in the lousy room for at least another night so that was not an option. Owner was not actually a great in customer service and refused to pay back our money, so now we have to fight for it in other ways... Stay away from this!! Aivan surkea paikka, ei todellakaan kannata menn.

Possibly one of the most comfortable hotel stays Ive had. Room was at the right temperature, two massive beds, all the amenities provided, kettle with coffee, hot shower. Perfect perfect place! Also bang in the old town centre meters away from the Old Town entrance + Riva Promenade
Nothing. Absolutely nothing

The room is big as well as the bathroom.
There was a water inflitration in the celling. In my room there wasn't any mold, but where my friends stayed yes. I do not think this should happen.

well located
This hotel is located in an almost abandoned shopping center on the edge of old town, which was not stated anywhere on the booking and reviews. The elevator and lobby smelled of urine and mold.
On arrival, the hotel receptionist attempted to have us pay again for the reservation, it took around 30min to resolve this issue and then was unable to pay the city tax by card, only cash.
The room was similar to the pictures but had a terrible smell, with no windows to open and had mold on the walls (as shown below). The bathroom was clean and spacious but the pipes where releasing a sewer odor.
Definitely would not recommend to anyone, not even for a night!
