Location was great, smack in middle of the old town The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast ! There was only 1 hot dish - eggs done any style. But that's it. A rotting banana was there for all 3 mornings n not replenished.

Truly exceptional staff! The location was perfect! Breakfast was outstanding and the courtyard was an idealsetting.
A bit noisy with a room on the courtyard but not so much to distract from the fantastic customer service.

Despite our room being right next to the check in desk, it was very quiet and we had a great view of the Piazza below. Very comfortable and clean room with all of the amenities. :)

Great location Staff were amazing! Met at the parking they arranged. They checked multiple times that we were ok finding it. Guided to hotel. Check in great. When they knew we had an 0500 departure they immediately arranged breakfast boxes without being asked. Booked as a table at a hard to get into restaurant even though short notice and a Saturday night!! I have stayed in some of the very best hotels in the world (Peninsula Hong Kong for example) and this service is right up there!! Room spacious and comfy!

We stayed at the Piazza Heritage Hotel for one night. This was a family trip and we booked two rooms on the first floor. The property is in an excellent location, right in the center of old town. It is walking distance to the RIVA promenade, restaurants, the Split Port, and Diocletian Palace. The staff at this property is wonderful. They make everything easy and convenient for their guests. Upon arrival at the ferry port, we were transported to our hotel via a staff member free of charge. Josephine at the front desk helped us with changing our car rental booking. Initially, we were supposed to pick up the rental car from Split Airport the next day, but Josephine called Thrifty and made arrangements to have the pick up arranged from Split Center. Transportation to Thrifty was again arranged by the hotel free of charge. Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was delicious. It was served at the restaurant next door. The chef prepared one of the best omelettes and the breakfast had a nice variety of items such as bread, cereal, coffee, tea and fruits. We even walked to the grocery store (Konzum) to get a few chocolates for our family back home. On the way to the store we stopped at Kava2 which is a great coffee shop in Split. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers who are coming to Split. Thank you Piazza Heritage Hotel Staff for an awesome and memorable stay.
