Very modern,reasonable size,quiet,beds were comfortable. Pleasant hosts. We missed email regarding informing expected time of arrival,so had issues getting in. Email was on same day as arrival. Email should be sent earlier due to sometimes spotty reception while travelling.
Room was on 3rd floor(4th). Many flights of stairs. Luggage a serious problem if old or with big heavy suitcases.

The host, Ivana and her husband were both welcoming and helped us with our baggages (no lift on the building). Ivana gave us an overview of the attractions and attended to all our needs. Highly recommend this property for a short time stay in Split, Croatia.
There is no lift on the building.

The perfect location at the edge of the old town. Every evening we sat out on our balcony drinking wine and watching the street scene below us with a view of the Adriatic. The space was large, we had plenty of room, the showers were small but that seems to be normal in Croatia. The air conditioning worked well.

The host who greeted us was the owner of the property. Her and her husband take pride in the property, and it showed.
The property was well maintained and comfortable. A good value for your money. Property was located right in the heart of the old city with easy access to sights, port & restaurants.
As mentioned in previous comments, there is no lift up to the 4th floor where the rooms are located. This was not a surprise to us as we had read the previous comments. Carrying the suitcase up four flights of stairs was a chore but only had to do it once so not a huge problem.

Very Good
Very good location very close to the old town, the corniche, and the taxi stops.. neat and clean rooms.. welcoming host (he helped us pay the street car parking)
The rooms are in the 3rd floor with long flights of stairs and no elevator.. I dont recommend the Standard Double Room because it has only 1 window that opens to the building shaft. Other types of rooms are recommended

Wonderful
Location was great and central to the main old town. Fantastic to walk to anything.
I was a little unprepared for the nightlife outside which was a touch noisy but not for long, I was happy enough with earplugs.

Fantastic location, very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean
Nothing that we were unhappy about. If I had to pick something, it would be that we couldn't get the TV to work, but who cares when you're in Split. Also, access is only via several flights of stairs, so visitors must be reasonably fit, especially getting luggage up and down.

Wonderful
The breakfast was great - We received a voucher for a restaurant a short walk away next to the sea on the promenade. We had our choice of breakfasts on the menu, along with a coffee or juice.
The is a 3rd floor walk up location. Fortunately, our driver carried our luggage up the stairs for us upon arrival. If you have trouble with stairs, you may want to reconsider OR ask Ivana about the availability of the apartment they offer on the first floor.
