The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were so accompanying, being there to greet us to recommending places to eat, drink and visit. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town, within short walking distance from shops, restaurants and sightseeing. We would highly recommend Luxury San Giovanni for your stay in Split, you won't regret it!! ❤️

Location is excellent. Host was extremely helpful at check in. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Great central location in the old town.

Best Location, location, location. easy to get touch and feeling night old town, also very close to Green Market where we found a nice bread shop and we had 3 days Breakfast there.
a bit noise in downstairs in the night due to a bar is there, but we are most ok since not that much sensitive with the noise, also 95% noise can be blocked after closed window.

Great location and very clean and lovely space to be in. Beds were comfy and the shutters and windows kept the nightlife noise out but if you leave them open you get a great feel of the city. Most amazing host, Mirela was amazing , staying still 1am to let us in after our flight had a late arrival and got delayed she was flexible and made us feel very welcome. She was always happy to respond to our messages no matter what the time was and gave great recommendations. Happily made sure we had two sets of keys as we were a group of four so it gave us more flexibility. She really made our stay, Thankyou Mirela

Very clean and perfect location! Definitely a recommendation for anybody going to Split.
Nothing really. Could hear when someone was walking in the appartment above, but that is to be expected.

Mirela the host was so lovely .She came and met us at the bus station and led us into the old town of Split and to her lovely apartment. It was spotless and had everything you needed for a perfect stay .
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this and would definitely go back

brilliant location. Mirela was so welcoming and lovely, really helpful. Apartment is spacious and beautiful.
only thing is the hot water goes quickly in about 5-10 mins the shower was cold

Great host, she guided us to the appartment that was situated in the middle of the old town. She also gave us lot's of information about what to do and what to see. + city map.
Some noise of the appartment above but this was due to youngsters staying there who came for the Split summer festival.

Apartment was 5 minute walk from the main strip in split, 3 minutes from the palace and centrally located for all other amenities. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants. You’ll want for nothing that isn’t a short walk away if staying here. The owners are fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay.
Old building and you can hear everything from the apartments above and below but not enough of an inconvenience to stop someone from staying here. The good far out weighs the bad.
