Great location! Comfortable. Super friendly host who made sure we had all we needed. She personally walked us to apartment and showed us everything and explained the work they had done on updating the historic building.

Generous, friendly host who shared with us much information and suggestions to ensure we had a most enjoyable stay. Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment.
Cooking in the apartment was a little challenging due to the shortage of some utensils.

Mirela was fantastic! Very helpful, made sure we had everything we needed, even treated us to a bottle of wine for the adults and soft drinks for the kids. Location is steps from the Diocletian Palace. Roomy and comfortable, with 2 bathrooms.
Only complaint is payment must be made in cash, so it was a bit of a hassle making that work.

Location was excellent in the old city and the bedrooms were very well soundproofed which was great given that there was a loud bar two floors below. Mirela was a lovely host, the apartment was very clean and wed highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location, fantastic property. What made this place stand out was our hostess, Mirela. She had cold beers and water for us upon arrival, along with all the food/drink essentials you could hope for in the cupboards). You were amazing, thank you for a great stay!

Lovely apartment with air con throughout. Mirela was a great host and available anytime. Right in the centre of the old town and close to everything. Lots of restaurants to choose from. There is a lively popular bar very close but once inside the apartment you're not disturbed. Beach towels included. Highly recommend along with Booker Agency for any trips. We went to Krka Waterfalls, boat trip and wine tasting - excellent!

Mirela and Ivicas apartment is in an AMAZING location inside the palace walls of Split. It is so very convenient for touring Diocletians Palace, the Riva Promenade, Marjan Hill, and so much more. Mirela and Ivica are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They really went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable. The window shutters blocked out the sunlight so much so that, combined with the stone walls, make the apartment feel like a cozy little fortress.
All of the above said, though, when you stay here, you must remember that you are in the city. So, there is city noise. We barely heard anything with the A/C units on, but Split is a lively and fun place. So, be prepared for some noises here and there.
All in all, though, we had an amazing time in the city, and San Giovanni apartment was a great base for exploring.

Great location and lovely space. Facilities and equipment a bit quirky but worked. We cooked for four at 'home'. Hosts very caring and informative and are planning facility upgrades.
