The hosts are professional people and have a great product in an ideally located position to explore the area. The pool is excellent and I like the Jacuzzi and that it's a saline pool with no chemicals.
I suggest leaving some local maps and potentially some tea or coffee supplies only.

We had an incredible time at Luxury Apartment Split! My wife, our three kids, and I spent an unforgettable week in this spacious and beautiful apartment. The space was exactly as depicted in the photos, new, modern, and immaculately clean. The apartment has everything you could want.
The apartment features a private terrace and its own pool, with a shaded gazebo, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, which added to our enjoyment. Its location couldn’t be better, just a short stroll from the sea and the largest, most stunning beach in Split, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafes. The sea is incredibly clear, the view is beautiful of the islands across the beach.
Our host, Srđan, was always there when we needed him, ensuring we felt incredibly welcome. This experience was truly one-of-a-kind, and our family is already planning our return! We highly recommend it to anyone seeking the perfect place to stay in Split. You won't regret it, you can only enjoy it indescribably!

We had an amazing stay at Luxury Apartment Split! My wife, our three children, and I spent a wonderful week in this beautiful, spacious apartment. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, brand new, and spotlessly clean.
The apartment has a private terrace and its own pool, complete with a shaded gazebo, an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the sea and the largest and most beautiful beach in Split, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and cafés.
Our host, Srđan, was always available whenever we needed anything, making us feel truly welcome. This was a unique and unforgettable experience for our family, and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Split.

Very nice apartment, excellent kitchen, living room, washrooms, Very modern.
Nextbike hire opposite apartment, 30 minute ride along the coast into Split.
Tommy supermarket close by, 10 minute walk.
Apartment manager friendly.
Key entry for front gate, only one key initially between 6 of us (electric gate release did not work).
Unfortunately the pool jacuzzi pump does not work. Traffic noise when sat around the pool, very uncomfortable.

The apartment is really spacious and has a great outdoor area. The pool is a real bonus with sun loungers and outdoor seating area. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need with a huge fridge freezer. WiFi is a bit slow, but I think this is more to do with Croatia than the apartment. Check in was easy. Transport options are good. There is a bus stop near and pay-as-you-go bike/ebike hire opposite. An Uber into Split is about €7. Finally, the nearest beach is under re-construction at the time of writing though it’s only another 5 minutes to the next one and there are plenty more if you are happy to walk a bit further.
As other reviews have mentioned, there is some traffic noise when outside, but this is not really an issue if you know in advance.

After a long journey with the car, this apartment is a little heaven on earth, we wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the apartment was booked, we are definitely coming back. Private parking, swimming pool, everything is air-conditioned, wifi, everything works flawlessly. The apartment is maintained and clean. The owner waiting for us and he made check in quick and easy.

Pool and close to a supermarket.
Construction on the beach so you had to walk one km to swim. Ad said 200metres to the beach, it was 500 and nothing in the ad mentioned thar the area was a construction site.

My family and I are in Split for the first time, we were lucky to book this beautiful new five-star apartment on time. The apartment has three large bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, a large living room and, finally, the most beautiful large outdoor terrace with a private pool, only for this type of apartment. The host was extremely kind and helped us in every way. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. The location of the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful and largest beach. We will definitely come back again.

This property was very spacious and beautifully designed with everything covered and thought about. we were a family of 5 and we didn’t feel cramped and each bedroom has its own shower room which was so handy with teenagers.
the bedrooms had great wardrobes and strong Air Conditioning units.
The apartment is situated on a very busy road so you can hear the cars when sun-bathing. however it is such a short walk to the beach, beach bars and supermarkets / restaurants this off set the busy road so still a great location.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Exactly as described with 3 double bedrooms all with a very nice bathroom each. A very reasonable kitchen and living area. The outside was as described, small pool but very nice and plenty of seating and shade.
Location. A 5 minute walk to the beach but not a very nice beach and the surrounding area was a bit run down. Very noisy road next to the outside area. We used Uber to get into the centre of town which was reasonable. still overall a good place to stay.

The apartment is gorgeous much better than the photos and extremely well equipped. All bedrooms had their own bathroom with hairdryer . The
location is good , only 5 minutes from the beach & beach clubs , big supermarket & bakery , pharmacy .
We ate in on 2 nights , one barbecue in the lovely outside Dining area and another having ordered takeaway pizzas from Dalmatinos . Regularly got uber into Split to eat out too .
Pool area is a sun trap , also meant we could wash our clothes in the washing machine and they dried overnight on the airer provided .
Our host Srzjan couldn’t do enough , we had no tea towels and cloths so he came with them immediately. We had a great family holiday & would definitely book here again .

The apartment is very nice, new, very clean and comfortable. An indoor parking is available. The owner is very kind and makes sure everything is fine for a perfect stay. Very reactive too.
Rather noisy location close to the city and just beside a roundabout.
