We had a truly wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us in person and made us feel right at home. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax, making it perfect for a comfortable family holiday.
Kamenita Beach was just a short 5-minute walk away, which made it easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted.
What really made our stay special was the hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our time there—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. One especially memorable moment was when they made us delicious pancakes—such a thoughtful and unexpected treat!

A lovely welcome from the hosts who live in the apartment above. Parking onsite. Apartment was clean with all amenities available. Perfect location for walking into Split, 7 minutes walk. Right next door to little bakery shop that sold gorgeous food.
Nothing to dislike about this property.

Bakery and small supermarket were very close. Short walk to old town and beach.
Surrounding was bit noisy on a Saturday night. Apartment was tight for four persons. It wasn´t possible to lock toilet door.

Central location, parking available, friendly staff made us feel at home. Ground floor , AC available . Kitchen fully furnish. Next door bakery & grocery shop.
Room was too much stuffed with decorations and not needed stuff.

Wonderful
Great location, with small yard, close to the old town and close to the beach and the park. Very nice hosts. Place is easy to access from the old town Split RIVA ant port but also it is only 10 minutes walking from the beach. Host was very kind and helpful. Warmly recommended to stay with the family.

Great location, only minutes' walk from the center of the town, yet on a quiet street. Has its own parking in front of the house, which is very important in a medieval town where there are virtually no parking spots!
Very hospitable and accommodating hosts. I twisted my leg the second day and the hosts gave me an ace bandage and an ice pack since it was late on Saturday and most pharmacies were already closed.
The apartment was very clean, with white and ironed bed linens (this is not that common, as a lot of hosts would opt for darker-color linens where you cannot see dirt..) and lots of towels.
The apartment could use some modernization and decluttering, but overall it was very comfortble.

Right next door to a great bakery and close to a supermarket. The old city was a few minutes walk away and there was also a nice beach about 20 minutes walk.
The shower was a little small.

Good place, very clean apartment, private parking.
The air conditioner does not cool the second floor, so it was hot to sleep on the second floor. On the first floor, the bed is not confortable.

Very Good
An apartment with its own small garden, when you could put your chairs and just relax. For your comfort, you get a private parking place, locked just for you! Old town is nearby in a walking distance. Safe surrounding. Local bakery is… in 5 meters.
The interior is a little bit 'too busy' with a lot of gadgets, and lacks hooks to hang your cloths, yet these are just minor issues.
