Location was amazing, right in the heart of Split in the pedestrian zone. However, hotel was difficult to find using GPS/Google Maps. If my friend wasn't there to take me to the hotel, I never would have found it (even locals had no idea where it was!!). It's located off the main drag on a side street with one sign above the building (wayyyyy up!). Room was infinitely smaller than I anticipated, but for 2 nights it wasn't too bad because the location was so good. They even provided a porter to help us carry our bags to the Uber pickup point, and eventually he assisted us all the way to the port!
Difficult to find, suggest hotel list really good walking directions for potential guests so they aren't roaming around cobblestone roads looking for the hotel!

Very central location which gave direct access to most of the attractions
Google Maps took to the other side of the property, I wish they reach out and provide directions to travelers as everyone had issue finding the property. Especially when you are carrying multiple suitcase down and up the narrow steps and cellars to arrive at the property.

The location was great. The breakfast here was amazing and so glad we included it. Room was cute and clean. Service was great.
Parking was a disaster. There is no parking near the facility and is very difficult to find and is expensive. If you have a car to park might not be the best option.

Nice clean rooms. Very comfortable. Very cool location in the Diocletian’s Palace. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unique location close to many restaurants and attractions.
Be aware that there is not close access by car. You do have to carry luggage through the palace and up stairs.

Location was excellent, in old town, and right next to the marina, where all the land and sea based tours leave from.Staff was nice and responsive. Free breakfast offered plenty of options.
We had two rooms; one was spacious and cool. The other was smaller and air conditioning did not work.

Excellent location within the Diocletian Palace. Quick walk to sights and restaurants - and as an extra bonus, the dress rehearsal for an outdoor opera being staged in the palace!! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Also important to anyone staying within the Palace - we had an easy walk out of the palace with all our luggage for an airport transfer.
The Palace area is noisy at night, and even with double paned windows we heard some noise late into the night.

Our room was very elegant. The bathroom was gorgeous. The towels and bedding were very soft and comfortable. The front desk. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Location is definitely wonderful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped secure parking outside of town and even sent someone to it to help us with our luggage and locate the hotel inside the palace walls.
Rooms were fairly small, there was no mini bar, only one person working at the front desk, so no one could come up to fix our TV that wasn’t working!

Receptionist was ultra friendly on check-in and the entire staff was friendly throughout the stay; if you want to be in centre of Split it comes with a bit of an adventure because online maps may not be able to fully point out where you should go so there will be a bit of luck in finding the most efficient route on 1st try; comfy bed; I certainly would not overpay for it, but based on price point on this occasion, I would stay there again
The breakfast items that were supposed to be warm or preferably borderline hot were borderline cold on at least 2 mornings which sadly forced me to steer clear of that part of the breakfast room; the rest of the breakfast items that didn't need heat to enjoy were excellent; the shower head seemed to be faulty; generally speaking I don't like a step up or down out of bathroom, but this building is in an ancient part of the city - you just have to roll with some things; the room was bit cluttered for the space provided

We stayed here in May 2026. The hotel is on one of the small alley ways within the Old Town area of Split. It seems a bit intimidating to find at first but I was able to do it after a slight misdirection. Once you find it, it's easy to find from there on. Our room was near the top and overlooked the restaurant in the courtyard. We didn't have any issues with noise. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The towel warmer didn't work but otherwise all else was very good. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety.
From the hotel, you are a few mins of walking to the many things to see and do in Old Town Split. We really enjoyed this beautiful town.

The room was very clean. The location is perfect.
The refrigerator inside the closet made the room very hot while working. Also the smell from the kitchen gets inside the room too.
