Comfortable. Great location. Within short walking distance of main hub. The restaurant was great, breakfast included. Not overly fancy but very comfortable and good food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have a problem with the stairs but could be restrictive if mobility impaired. The walk to the hotel was a run down area, but the hotel was great.

Location!!! Very cute place.
One of the brothers was very friendly and super helpful, the other one was not. Kinda weird going to get coffee and juice and able to see right into the kitchen. Maybe a door would be better to block that view. I don’t like seeing a worker washing something in the sink.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is also cooked to order and is good. Short 10 minute walk to The Riva and Diocletian palace. Walking from the train or bus station is about 15 minutes and slightly uphill but a flat surface. Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Room was comfortable. The evening clerk was helpful. Restaurant staff were very accommodating even though we arrived late. Great breakfast.
The shower looks great but the showerhead is too large for the bathroom making the floor wet and slippery despite the curtain.

The staff at Hotel Villa Diana go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. From check in to check out, Marko was always available to help with everything. Marko assisted with luggage, parking, dinner, etc with warmth and professionalism that makes guests feel like a part of the family. The onsite restaurant served the some of the best food we have ever had, the truffle pizza was legendary! The breakfast buffet and ala carte dishes were very tasty and filling, everything was perfect! The location is central to the historic old town, green market and port. You can walk to everything! On our next visit to Split, Hotel Villa Diana will be our #1 choice!

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were exceptional—always approachable, available, and ready to assist with anything I needed. They made sure we have a parking spot which is a great luxury in Split downtown. They provided great information about the city, which made exploring so much easier. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and close to many great restaurants. The property was spotless and felt new, with everything maintained to a high standard. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.
