Location is excellent but with no vehicular access and steep stairs. Thanks to the staff this potential issues disappeared. We were met outside the palace walls and our bags transported to our room by hotel staff and reverse on departure despite early departure from the room. Very clean and comfortable.
Low roof in bedroom and steep stairs required caution but charming old city center location made it worthwhile.

The location was amazing, directly next to the Vestibul from where we could hear the beautiful singing of a Klapa group of male singers many times during the day. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which was exceptionally good. The best was however the friendly and kind service we received from the staff during our stay. I can certainly recommend this hotel for an extraordinary experience.

We discovered Vestibul Palace thru Booking.com & didn’t know anything about it, but it was wonderful! From our first contact w/ Ivan, the concierge, who came out to the riva to help w/ our luggage & guide us to the hotel, to our comfortable (small, but fine) room, to the delicious & generous (included) breakfast, to his advice about great places to eat & shop, our stay could not have been better!
The lack of an elevator would be problematic for guests with mobility issues. For us NO COMPLAINTS!

We were greeted at the meeting place and got our luggage carried through the unveven and cavernous entrance to Diolcletian's Palace walls. The hotel is in the PERFECT location to hear the Dalmatian Singers harmonizing in the vestibul. It's heaven to sit in the courtyard, sip an aperol spritzer (they are large) and listen to the music. Would definitely return. Steven was super helpful and accomodating.

The attention to detail and hospitality were unmatched. Ivan was the warmest welcome to this beautiful boutique hotel, a true guide to the city with wonderful recommendations and vast knowledge of the property. He also made sure to coordinate our arrival so we did not have to lug our heavy luggage from the street. In the evening Steven was at the front desk and was also such a pleasure with recommendations and accommodations.
All the staff were so lovely and happy to assist us. The ambience and decor was sophisticated and went perfectly with the style of the beautiful stone from the 1300’s. It was such a treat to stay somewhere styled so beautifully. It was me and my one friend’s first time in split and I’m so glad this is where we chose to stay.
As two solo female travelers we felt very safe. Make sure you uber places instead of using a taxi or it is 3x the price.

We thought we would be at the Vestibul Palace main property as in the past but realized when we arrived that we were actually in another property near by. Bedroom was small.

The location of this hotel could not be better- right in the heart of everything. There are two buildings- the main hotel which is right at the Vestibule, and another property about 5 minutes walk from the main building. The thing that makes this place so special is the staff- they are incredible and helped us with everything from what to see to ferry reservations. The breakfast is delicious too! Highly recommend.

Location is amazing, close to all important sites. The room is beautiful, spacious with nice shower. The breakfast is delicious, you can listen to the singing in Vestibule, very pleasant.

Absolutely idyllic hotel. So central with easy access to everything beautiful Split has to offer. Staff were incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Breakfast was out of this world. We woke to the sounds of a male choir in performing outside the hotel- was like waking up in actual heaven!
