The location, the design, the aesthetic and thoughtful, responsive staff were all exceptionally high caliber, especially Tonci who is a great compliment to any occasion. The breakfast is good and we loved our room #7 at the very top. The fridge with water is essential. The heated towel rack is terrific. The bed is very comfortable.
The stairs are fine, but having a small dumb waiter for bags would be a great addition. Staff help enormously but one must be hyper mobile to traverse the steps multiple times daily. A small coffee maker in the room would be nice. The bathroom door does drift open. And we did not like the bedside table lamps as the base is too large for the table.

good selection for breakfast kept topped up by staff Great location no noise at night safe walking to old townbit of a maze at first but your soon an expert other people woud soon help you find your way and its not far to old town
