Poor
High price for poor experience. Room was spacious and clean. Positive highlight is the personal on the reception-young girls were extremely simhpatic and experience was better just because of them. Breakfast was quite poor with choices and very basic. Good thing is that the waiter suggested to make me fresh eggs. It was served in the main hall shared together with reception.
Location is terrible. I arrived during the night and it was located in industrial zone which was completely destroyed and under construction. Bad road and bad approach to the hotel, location during night was for making horror movies, also not much better during te day.

Breakfast was good, especially for vegetarians.
Location was worse than what I expected, especially with the garbage collection site next to the hotel, and all the garbage trucks coming in early in the morning, and the bad smell around the hotel.

Staff caring approach and willingness to help out from start till end. Fantastic support from Sara to arrange a taxi from the airport, with little notice during a busy night, when unfortunately severe fire was still burning some areas near the airport. Amazing help from Helena to provide all necessary information to get to the Port and arrange a ferry to Brač. Kindness, Can Do Attitude and creative thinking from Leonardo to make sure i would have my lactose free cappuccino and gluten free breakfast. Top job. Much appreciated, Tonio

The home made jams at breakfast
The location was awful and when we wanted to move on I did not find the manager very helpful at all - in fact she was quite rude saying it was out own fault (we made a mistake and didn't realise just how far it actually was and how hard the drive is round there). The other staff were nice. This was not worth the price tag at all. Do not stay here, location is terrible and there are much better hotels nearer by

Beautiful short stay. Best breakfast ever. Staff excellent. Room large and very clean. The hotel is a little bit far away from Split city centre, but the hotel provided shuttle service so it wasn't a problem.
