Vladimir who runs the place was extremely helpful and hospitable. Made sure we had everything we needed, helped us with luggage, and just created very welcoming atmosphere.

Location, staff
With the great location came church bells ringing too early in the morning and outside noise late at night which was obviously outside the control of the hotel.

The location is fantastic, right next to Diocletians Palace. Although in the center, our room was quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast good. The staff is very helpful and the room was cleaned every day. There are tons of restaurants close by. The Riva and the docks/bus station are a few minutes away.
The stairs! Our room was on the third floor (American fourth) with no elevator. It was fine for us but may not be for those with mobility issues. The shower is also tiny.
