1- Good location
2- Helpful staffs specially the duty manger Mr. Dario who tried hard to sort out the problems I experienced and make sure my stay was comfortable
Just few comments for improvement:
1-Applying upgrade on the room windows to improve soundproofing
2- Applying upgrade on the ventilation system of the hotel kitchen
3-Housekeeping requires improvement

Besides the location that was very convenient to the old city of Split, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, need to compliment the breakfast buffet that was provided. Highly recommend Hotel Ora.

Very big room with enough space. Breakfast is not buffet style, but overall tasty. Friendly staff. About 5min to old town by uber and cost about 5 EUR, very convenient.
water would come out of shower area and toilet floor gets wet. People cannot reach hotel main entrance by car, would need to walk for 50 meters, it's ok, but could be inconvenient during bad weather.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.
Breakfast is poor, not many options and shower could be cleaner. Bed is hard, but I guess that has to do with personal preference.

Clean. Spacious. Good breakfast. Nicely equipped fitness center, 24h reception, nice staff
Price was high, it is very niusy outsider if you open the windows (with closed windows it is quiet though)
