The location
The food. The breakfast buffet was almost always cold. It would honestly have been better for them not to offer it and decrease the cost of the room

Central, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cant fault it.
Beds super comfy!
Our room didnt have an external window but one to a small courtyard. It was fine but would have preferred to look into the street.
Not a complaint by any means.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and went out of their way to find us a good restaurant and attend to any issues
There was an issue with a plumbing noise which they tried to rectify but to no avail. It was an intermittent sound that disturbed my sleep on both nights but was hard to pinpoint as it only went off periodically. The staff did their best to fix the problem. The local church bells are rung around 6am daily which is a pain.

The staff was very responsive to questions regarding services and restaurants prior to arrival. The location of the property was perfect for exploring Split, the restaurant staff was very polite and hard working. The breakfast included was very nice and we appreciated the coffee pods free of charge in the room.
We arrived one hour after the allowed check in time and there was one couple checking in ahead of us. We were asked to wait in the bar and the receptionist did not retrieve us for 50 minutes. It seemed it was an effort to make guests spend money at the bar, as my husband checked once during that time and she was not assisting anyone else and two other couples had been directed to the bar as well to wait.

A well presented hotel. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Loved the location, in the old town, but only a short walk from the ferries and also taxis. Would recommend and would stay again.
Probably the only thing, was the breakfast but was adequate.
