Hotel looked great, it was clean and well decorated. The staff was very nice and friendly.
The hotel was in the middle of construction area. I was unable to arrive to hotel decently. It was either driving or walking through construction site. It complicated transportation during the whole vacation. I feel cheated that I wasn't notified that I am in the middle of the construction zone. I booked the view of the ocean and the beach but the beach is construction site and there is no entrance to the beach or the sea. This was not decent or fair. The hotel is going to be one of the best once the beach will be finished but I will not be visiting anymore.

The staff at reception
Warning! Marketed as right on the beach, but the beach is a major construction site. They dont tell you until youve paid for a nonrefundable booking and they give you zero money back. I did not check in and I was charged the full amount. Three Ubers cancelled before one finally picked me up. Not even the taxis want to go there. Dreadful!!

Wonderful
It was an amazing place to stay. Comfortable beds, neat and clean everywhere. Nice pool.
There's a major road work in front of the hotel which made it tricky to reach the hotel the first time. Thereafter, we got to know an alternative road and it became a bit easier.

Very Poor
This hotel is a scam that traps tourists. The services offered are not guaranteed. The fitness center, beach access and restaurant are not fit to receive guests.
There is construction work, with noise and no lighting in front of the hotel, which is not mentioned on the site.
I request a refund!

The breakfast buffet was extremely limited.
