Wonderful
Nice small hotel .. Very clean .
Location is good in a quite area away from touriatic areas . Beach is across the street .
Breakfast can improve a bit . But overall nice stay.

It is like a brand new hotel even though it is 10 yrs old, very well kept, super clean. The staff were very helpful and we stayed in a room w ocean view. It’s about 10 mins drive from the old town, this is an ideal location for us. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was v good and we had a 10% discount too.
All good, nothing dislike.

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the espresso café is very good.
We had a very disappointing experience one night when we tried to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. It ended up being so bad that we had to take an Uber and go elsewhere. We asked for an outdoor table, as there were many available, but the hostess consulted with the waitress, who flatly said no — we had to sit inside.
We then spoke to the front desk, who kindly intervened and helped us get a table outside. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the waitress came over and began setting the table in an extremely rude manner — practically throwing the plates and glasses, clearly showing her anger. We felt so uncomfortable that we got up and left the restaurant.

Very good location, new and super clean, extremly pleasant and helpfull staff, very good facilities, parking space, lift for upper floors, great pool, heated, big room and bathroom, good breakfast, would definitely recommend and we will return for sure.
It is a great small hotel that has all facilites of a big hotel, but on a more personal level and with no crowd.
That area is under construction (we haven't experienced noise at all), so for easy access to hotel don't follow navigation but ask the hotel for driving instructions.
The constructions in the area should complete in May 2025.

The Hotel is right on the Znjan beach. The interior is freshly restored and it’s very well organised. The room was perfect, with a beautiful view on the Adriatic Sea.

The room was a generous size and clean with an excellent bathroom. A kettle was provided on request and I could store milk in the fridge so a cup of tea was possible. Staff really helpful. We liked the pool (could be a tad warmer) and the sauna was excellent. Gym was bit basic
The building work outside (not hotel fault) but no access to a beach as it was fenced off. Long steep uphill walk to find shops and places for meals and the bus. No meals available in hotel except breakfast, I'm sure they advertised dinners.

The pool and sauna is very convenient to use and doesn’t get very busy. The supervisor Theo is very nice and made our stay comfortable. The room is nice, clean and spacious. They also use Rituals products which is cool.
The breakfast is not that great. Less food options and the coffee is not good. Also the refilling is very slow. More than half an hour later and the bread and eggs and still un refilled. The beach in front of the hotel is also under construction but you can walk 10-15mins to go ti the open public beach. They gym is outdated and not well maintained.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was clean, the food was good and the ambience was very good.
The distance from the city centre plus the works going on next door, which caused lots of noise on the Monday morning.
