I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect—right on the riva and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Stari Grad.
The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and everything was very well organized. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Stari Grad!

The location is so convenient, the air conditioning in the room was strong, the shower was hot and had 2 powerful heads, and the bed was comfortable.
I had a heavy rolling suitcase, and I was able to walk to and from the Split bus station to the hotel without going over cobblestones, and then take my suitcase up the hotel elevator :)
I was impressed by how quiet it was even though I got an ocean/street room. The window was right above the outdoor restaurant and music playing, but with the AC going the only sounds I really heard were from children playing.
The restaurant (inside and outside patio) is nice and the food is tasty. Good atmosphere and harbor view from the patio.
Overall: There are no extra special touches inside the rooms, but almost everything that you need in a hotel they execute REALLY well and better than some luxury hotels. I was so impressed and relieved to get a good night’s sleep on my first day in Croatia.
The room was a little dirty when I came in, but the staff quickly fixed it when I asked them. I think that no rooms in Croatia are quite as consistently clean as hotels in the US, so I don’t think this is a reason to avoid this hotel. Just check the room right when you enter it. I was still overall very satisfied with this hotel.

Close to water
Very old and outdated. WiFi didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, mold in shower. Looks like water leaked at one point and ruined the floor boards and trim boards and it was never fixed. Zero staff Basically a restaurant with a couple rooms above. Lights shit off in hall before you have a chance to walk to your room so your left in the dark to try to fit your key in the door. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. The rooms were run down for what we paid, in comparison to our previous nights stay in the same area. When told they hold your luggage, they just tell you to put it at a back table in the restaurant. Def not secure anytime can walk in and take it. There’s no one watching and it’s in plain sight. Most places put it in a closet of behind reception.

Hotel was nice. Great location. Room was cold even with a very hot day. I thought I would get noise in the room with the outside traffic in the Riva but nothing. Slept like a baby. Would recommend.
Parking was very difficult. Not the hotels fault but took about 30 mins to drive around the Riva to get to the parking garage. I asked the hotel the best place to park prior to arrival and didn't get a response.

The location is great. It's near everything in downtown Split. Even though you are near a busy area the room was quiet. I recommend their shakshuka for breakfast.

Think Motel 6. Located above same name restaurant that blasted “boom boom” music until late night. Clean. Basic. Old. No in-room coffee/tea. Necessary to unplug bedside lamps to have plug-in for charging. Bed comfortable.

booked 4 rooms for family one was moldy one had carpet bugs had to change rooms late at night some of us doubled up in same room it was a bad night we were supposed to get a credit have not seen it applied to our credit card.

I loved the location of the hotel - on the Riva, right in the heart of the old city - and I loved the beautiful rooms and I loved the friendly staff, headed up by the wonderful Anna, the manager, who works along with her staff tirelessly.
