Outstanding service and personal attention. Julianna met us at the drop area outside the pedestrian zone and helped us with our luggage and pathway to the hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the personal service of the staff - really great, always asking what we need. She also made our dinner reservations at a local restaurant and escorted us to it. The hotel is small but in an outstanding location within the Diocletian Palace. Our room was small but comfortable; I knew this when I booked the reservation. Breakfast is included and good. The coffee machine and fruit are always available in the atrium. All the major tourist sites are right around the hotel - so easy to see them. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic hotel! We were met at the appointed parking place by a delightful young man who took our suitcases to the hotel, which is ideally situated in Diocletian's Palace in the historic centre of Split. In fact all the staff were amazing! When we arrived at the hotel we were offered a variety of hot and cold drinks, with cake! Our room was wonderful with a great view of the cathedral. Breakfast was excellent. All good!
Only drawback was being woken at 6am by the cathedral bells!

The location of the hotel was ideal for accessing Old Town and all the attractions! The room was comfortable with nice beds and pillows. The AC in the room worked well too.

Everything was perfect! The staff is what truly makes this hotel exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

A truly wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean and a great mix of new combined with elements of the original palace. The location can’t be beat - right in the heart of the palace, yet the rooms are very quiet thanks to the double pane windows.
Daily breakfast is a treat, with both a buffet and cooked to order items.
The real stand out of this hotel though is the staff and the service. Everyone we encounter is friendly and efficient and work hard to make your stay the best it can be. Thankfully, we are coming back here again soon. We are looking forward to it. I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could.

The location is great.
Don't miss the eggs at breakfast, prepared by the owner. She and Ante are wonderful.
Spend the money on the room with the view of the church. It is magical at night and early in the morning.
