I liked the breezy openness and spaciousness of the room. Good security on exterior.
Faced a quiet street. Walking distance to restaurants and palace walls.

The hotel is very modern, super clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the main sites in Split and the hostess/owner was very accomodating to my requests.

A little hard to find late at night. With some help from a local, we were able to get by. The property was safe, very clean, in a great location in Split. Excellent host.
The room lacked a view from a window, but since we were only there one night, it wasn't a problem.

Great location near the Split Riva. Room was spacious and modern. Julija kindly met us to park our car and help us into the hotel.
Only downside was that our room was located on the side of the building and only had one small window. The room was quite dark because of this and did not have a view.

The property was in a great location in Split. Close to great restaurants and walking distance to so many things, beach, pool.
Our host Julija was very helpful and accommodating. She was there all the time and answered all our questions. Very responsive and the apartment was clean bright and had a wonderful view of the promenade.
It can be a little tricky to find so make sure to give your driver the exact address.

very good place to rest but located in a building near the parking, there is no seaview and therefore I would recommend it only if you plan to stay outside most of the time

Perfect location within the main city, almost on the Adriatic and near many excellent restaurants and shops. The rooms all were modern, well designed and clean. We loved our stay. They accommodated all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Location was in walking distance to old town with private car park where was only few steps to the room, although extra 20 euros per day starting from the time you check in until end of next day. Room was spacious with a window. Reception staff was so friendly and shared information of major attractions as well as good restaurants
Staffs sometimes slowly replied to messages. No one at the car park exit gate. We must walk back to return car park pass at the reception desk. Pillows were too thin. A/C was not working well. The room was not as cool as setting temperature.

This is a new, modern, clean property in an excellent location just outside of the center of Split - about a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Diocletian's Palace. The room was spacious and the bathroom facility was fantastic. Location was fairly quiet - my room window overlooked a street and some occasional traffic noise could be heard, but not enough to disturb you. Reception was pleasant and helpful but not available at all hours of the day.
No significant complaints.
